Our teachings and theories are the original teachings that have been passed down from Helio Gracie himself… nothing has been altered or changed.

We do not promote or encourage any sort of violence. We focus on Self-​Defense. Our academy allows people to learn: Self-​Defense, Self-​Control, Discipline and many more traits of success.
