RTD Route #8

I took this bus almost from beginning to end, and back again. You must have a lot of time to do so. I didn’t want to man up to pay the extra $ 1.50 for the Express bus, so I stuck to the local route. But I am kind of glad that I did.
This bus route will take you down the street, around the corner, through the hood (you know, Colorado’s version of the hood, which in my opinion is not «ghetto»), and back again.
I passed by so many Mexican food restaurants, prompting me to almost pull the cord to snatch up a tasty burrito. But I didn’t. I had places to go and people to see, but my stomach immediately fluttered with hunger once I got to my stop.
As with almost every other bus I have taken, definitely a cast of characters. For example, a man in a full corduroy jumpsuit, and another man in a leather cowboy ensemble, complete with a full black duster.
If you have some time and maybe need to go through some interesting areas of the Metro area, the #8 bus will indeed take you there.
