My daughter just had my first grandchild at this facility. I am a physician, a former Chief of Surgery and Chairman of Surgery in an academic Institution(not in this state). I was singularly impressed by the professionalism, personal interface, and supportive environment that this facility provided at all levels. The staff were incredible. As a previous Designated Institutional office for the Accreditation council for graduate Medical education(federal) I was impressed with the resident staff. The nurses were supportive as well as remarkably efficient and competent. They exemplified the tradition I saw years ago when nuns provided the nursing in Catholic Hospitals. Every person we encountered in this facility was a credit to the institution. Congratulations to the people who have created this facility. It is one of the best I have seen across the country and clearly the people working here, take pride in their work. My son-in-laws father(who were also on site) is also a medical professional and he too was impressed. The staff did not know our backgrounds so this was not a VIP for medical people type of interface. They treat everyone like this! Of interest in the merging of a Jewish Health System with A Catholic one. On the door frame is a Mezuzzah(Jewish) and a crucifix(Catholic) hangs over the door. I liked this as I figured it covered at least two bases and it certainly could not hurt. Bravo!, to the administration of this hospital. You have renewed my faith in quality care with the old time caring. Their valet parking needs some tuning up as they managed to lose our car each of the days we were there. Even with this the staff were friendly and pleasant and quickly corrected the issue. I felt bad because they felt bad about their errors. This is a 5 star hospital facility for service and medical care. This ishard to find in this day and age. Thank you!
