Schwabe Chiropractic

Dr. Schwabe was recommended to me by my personal trainer to help me overcome some issues I was having with my IT band, flexibility, and overall training. Having never been to a chiropractor in my life, nor sure of what to expect (I was somewhat skeptical initially), Dr. Schwabe was incredible. During my first visit she introduced me to her practice, asked me questions about my health and fitness level (basic medical history), and was extremely thorough in answering all my questions. I felt at ease with her immediately as her professionalism and knowledge quickly became apparent in identifying the causes of my strained IT band and, better yet, the steps to alleviating my soreness.
Now, a month later, I could not be happier with Dr. Schwabe. She has helped to realign my posture, given me tips/​exercises to further guide my training, and vastly increased my healing/​recovery time. I truly mean this, my only regret is that I hadn’t started seeing her earlier! Anyone would benefit from a session with Dr. Schwabe, and I echo the sentiments of the previous review by «Amy R.,» go see her! I couldn’t recommend her more strongly!

Finding a doctor of any sort that suits your needs and makes you comfortable is really hard to find. After moving to Colorado five years ago, I swore I would never find another chiropractor I loved as much as mine back in Florida, therefore, I just never went.
But, the time came when my neck, shoulders and hips really needed some regular attention again. I have seen Dr. Schwabe a half dozen or so times now and I am always so happy when I leave. Not only is she very thorough and explains what is going on, she doesn’t push the limits with my body.
She has also introduced me to the importance of my wellness in other areas such as foam rolling, which I am so excited about, especially since I am pretty active. She understands how active we are in Colorado and attaches that to her care. Do yourself a favor and go see her!
