Soothe Your Soul specializes in intuitive bodywork. Intuitive bodywork identifies energy blocks in the body, which are made up of conflicting thoughts and emotions. Clearing these blocks through various healing modalities releases stress, pain and fear reconnecting you to the wisdom of your heart and soul. We specialize in energetically supporting people through life transitions and challenges such as: cancer treatments, career frustration or changes, divorce, the illness or death a loved one, whiplash, auto accident recovery, blocked creativity, insomnia, and pregnancy.

We offer many different healing modalities: Reiki Treatments, Reiki Classes, Lomilomi, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Massage, Adrenal Gland Rebalancing, Chakra and Aura Balancing, Ionic Foot Bath Detoxification, Crystal Healings, Intuitive Readings, and Astrology Readings. Sarah Litjens, the owner, is a Reiki Master, Registered Massage Therapist, and a Certified Polarity Therapist.

Soothe Your Soul Healing Arts Studio is located in the beautiful Highlands neighborhood of Northwest Denver. Our purpose is to offer the highest quality intuitive bodywork and energy medicine available. We continue to update our training and education to stay current on the most optimal ways to clear stress and pain from the body. We also offer classes for all levels of Reiki Certification.

Hello! I am Sarah Litjens, I have been practicing alternative healing work since 2000. I have traveled and studied healing work in many places across the world. My favorites being New Zealand, Santa Fe and Kauai, love the nature energy of all three. Healing is my passion in life, and my purpose is to put healing energy out into the world to help connect people to creative options, possiblities, and solutions to problems or circumstances that feel overwhelming or unmangeable.
