History

Established in 2008.

Based in Stapleton, Colorado, Spark It Studios has offered art classes to kids of all ages. Our instructors focus on the process of creating art in a relaxed and fun creative space.

Meet the Business Owner

Pam and Ansley P.

Business Owner

Pam Peters and Ansley Young have lifetimes of experience creating art. Pam focuses on ceramics and Ansley on mixed media and painting. Both excel at motivating all ages to spark their creativity in the art studio.

Ansley holds a B.A. in Art History, teaches camps at the Denver Art Museum during the summer, and offers a broad perspective when creating art to the classroom. She started Spark It Studios in 2008 as a way to enhance children’s knowledge of art and enjoyment of the process of art creation.

Pam holds a Master’s degree studying people who work in various methods of ceramics including the wheel, from-​the-​earth, and studio hand building. She has been teaching pottery to all ages with Spark It Studios since 2011. She offers guidance and encouragement to students to create crazy, functional and artistic clay pieces.
