I came here twice, once for my appointment about a month ago and a second time today at around 4pm to get my prescription put in my glasses I had at home. I will give it two stars because my appointment itself went smoothly. However, when I came today, I had a poor experience. I walked in and asked if I could have my prescription put in my glasses, and the front desk lady asked, and said this was okay. I just needed to wait a little bit til someone was available to help. A lady with her daughter walked in after me. We were both waiting about 15 minutes. The other lady even asked«Is someone going to see me soon?: Someone who was available walked out a little while later and seemed to ask the lady at the front desk who was next(I didn’t hear her), she pointed to the lady who had walked in behind me. I went up to the lady at the front desk and asked who would be helping me. She pointed to the lady over with the mom and her daughter or another lady who had been with someone else for a while. I mentioned to her«Do you realize I walked in before them?» She seemed to stutter and get nervous and said«well they called.» In my head I was like«did they make reservations or something like this is a restaurant… i mean really.» I held my tongue, but I was livid. If someone doesn’t make an appointment, what does it matter if they call beforehand??? I am just as much of a patient as they are, I walked in first, therefore, I should be taken in the order I was received. I called another time as well to ask about coming in. Does that automatically mean I get to skip everyone in line? Absolutely not. Please train your front desk woman on the simple art of order. Thank you. Unfortunately I will not come back here next year for my appointment based on this experience. Sometimes the last experience someone gets, no matter how small, is the most lasting.
