Stapleton OB -Gyn

If your looking for a small minded Doctor that leaves you stranded last minute I would highly suggest Dr. Ginsburg. I had a new patient appointment set up for a annual exam I told them I was pregnant at the time and the scheduling lady said nothing. I called the day of to see if we could add a pregnancy panel on since my midwife requested I see if they will do one for me. They completely denied me any medical attention since I have midwife.

I made sure to do my research when it came to a «Lady Doctor» because I have had some awful experiences/​misdiagnoses/​unnecessary procedures here in Denver. I found Dr. Rustici while researching Docs in the area and after reading some of her recent positive reviews, I finally decided to make the appointment… and I am SO HAPPY that I did!
After going to Stapleton OPBGYN, I can say that I have never had a more quality experience with a gynecologist. You can tell that Dr. Katie understands how going to a «Lady Doctor» is a vulnerable experience. She made me feel comfortable, she listened to what I had to say, her bedside manner was extremely professional, and she made sure to address each concern/​question I brought up without making me feel like I was a waste of her time.
I am truly happy with Stapleton OBGYN– the nurses and entire staff were very friendly, communicative, and caring. I left my appointment feeling so relieved to have stumbled upon their practice. This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review– thank you for the extraordinary experience!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Rustici today. She was wonderful, very personable, friendly, and informative. She took the time to review my history, and asked questions. I felt she genuinely cared about me as a patient. She had a PA working with her today, she had the same demeanor as Dr. Rustici, was very friendly, kind and caring. The front office staff, and medical assistant were also super nice. I get anxious when going to the GYN, I felt very comfortable with Dr. Rustici. I would highly recommend her.

I actually am not one that typically writes reviews… but I feel as if this office needs 10 stars. I have to preface that I HATE going to the OBGYN. I usually leave in tears due to so much anxiety. I have seen both Dr. Rustici and Dr. Boyer and I cannot say one negative word if I tried. Both are friendly, knowledgable, caring and have great bed side manner. Also, the office is modern and updated and the staff is always wonderful. One of the times I went I had a very long wait time (~45 minutes) to even be called back but they made up for it with their great attitudes. I think that was just an off day.

My visit was the first time to this OBGYN and though I’m nervous about finding a good one, I can definitely say now I’m sticking with it. Dr. Boyer is caring and knowledgeable and wrote me the prescription I needed with no problem. Also, the entire staff is kind and cheerful and made me feel relaxed because normally I feel anxious going. Will definitely be returning!

I have been seeing Dr. Boyer since she started in January. It’s always a little nerve-​racking to switch to a new doctor — but I cannot say enough about Dr. Boyer and her staff at Stapleton OB-​Gyn! She is incredibly friendly, supportive, and efficient. I ran out of a medication today and am going on vacation next week. I was very nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get the med refilled before leaving town. I left Dr. Boyer’s medical assistant, Jami, a voicemail on my way into work today. By lunchtime, I had already received a very friendly courtesy call from Jami — informing me that the prescription had been called in and could be picked up within the hour. I called back just to say how appreciative I was! Her response, «not a problem, Lindsay — have a great vacation!» Wow. How often do you actually get a live person on the phone AND such a quick turnaround?! Dr. Boyer and Jami are terrific! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring doctor who will prioritize your needs!

LOVE everything about Exempla OB! Everyone from the office manager Crystal to nurse Jami and especially Dr. Rustici are all beyond amazing :) I’ve been a patient for the last year and a half and have had nothing but a wonderful experience… first time I’m actually excited for my doctor visits and seeing everyone! Dr. Rustici delivered my daughter June 4, 2014 (finally getting around to writing a review) and made it an amazing experience from begining to end :) She is always very thorough, never rushed and really takes the time to listen to all concerns with very helpful feedback… highly recommended, noone else compares!

I just had my first appt with Dr. Rustici. I’m so impressed with how thorough she is. She made me feel comfortable and normal which must be one of the hardest part of being and OBGYN. I will definitely be seeing her again in the future.

I feel bad for saying this, but I found out Dr Valerie Ginsburg left and I wanted to give this place a second chance. It really is an incredible and personable experience. Dr Rustici is super knowledgable, friendly and actually listened to me. I really appreciate the receptionists who are very kind and helpful. Its hard to find nice receptionists these days lol. Would i recommend them? Absolutely! Im glad that i gave them a second chance, it was worth it.

I’ve been going to the Exempla Stapleton OB-​GYN for several years now and was previously a patient of Dr. Ginsberg’s. She recently left to start her own practice, and, unfortunately, her new location was not convenient for me.
I elected to continue coming to this location and… what a great surprise! Dr. Rustici was awesome! She took plenty of time to talk with me since I was a new-​to-​her patient, answered all of my questions, and had great questions in return.
Dr. Rustici was personable, well-​spoken, knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner.
The office is very well run by the practice manager, Crystal Jarvis, and their customer service is excellent. I am always seen promptly at my appointment time and there is very little waiting. Additionally, the staff is always helpful with scheduling additional appointments, refilling prescriptions, and providing referrals to other doctors.
The waiting area is always clean and tidy, as is the rest of the facility. It’s important to me that the doctor’s office is somewhat updated/​modern. (When I see a threadbare waiting room chair, I want to run!). This office is very comfortable/​welcoming with updated colors and furnishings. On-​street parking is a breeze and very convenient.

First Women’s Wellness Exam at Exempla Stapleton OB-​GYN. The staff and physician, Dr. Rustici were absolutely fabulous. My visit was thorough yet efficient and relaxed. I would highly recommend their services!

I wanted to be a patient at this office because it is close to our home, and I thought I would get great care with how small the office is. However, after my husband and I went to our first appointment (for our first little one!!), we immediately knew this office was not for us. Dr. Ginsburg was very cold and impersonal– definitely not what I was expecting of an OB. About a week later, their medical assistant called to tell me that all of my labs came back normal. A week after they called the first time, they call me again to tell me that the cystic fibrosis test did not have enough DNA in it to give a positive or negative result! I will be having the test (and other OB care) elsewhere, and they are still making me pay for the test! I would not recommend this office to anyone!
