My brother seems to be enjoying his iced coffee, black, no cream. Definitely a hot spot here at the mall.

The people at this place rock! They had fantastic service and were very helpful. I love this place when I am shopping. They loved our flash mob dance.

If I need a Starbucks while shopping this is the place. It’s quite large, although there never seem to be enough barista’s working to keep up with the lines(poor management). There’s a large seating area if you’re just dying to sit in the middle of a crowded mall(not me). They do an adequate job and are consistent with the other Starbucks in the area as far as drink quality. I would stop here out of convenience and that’s about it, the barista’s at my regular Starbucks locations are friendlier and they offer a better atmosphere than this mall version.

I love my Starbucks, and I go there(any Starbucks, not just this one) usually once a day on average, so this is a great location when you are trapped in the mall and it is –5 outside and you dont want to walk around Cherry Creek North. Usually I dont have an issue with this Starbucks, it is never great service, and they let my espresso die on the machine by letting it sit for 30 or more seconds while they make someones triple grande soy, blah blah blah. My latest issue, was yesterday we went, I ordered a drip coffee, and paid. The guy behind the counter poured the coffee, and got caught up in a conversation with another worker, and they just let my coffee sit on the counter behind the bar. It sat and sat, I asked the barista that was making my GF’s drink if I could have it. She either ignored me or was too caught up in making some frilly drink. I asked her again, stating“he just left my coffee there, can you hand it to me”, and she replied«thats how we do it here». If that is true, it is one of the silliest things ever since I have been to Starbucks all of the country, and a few in foreign countries and no one ever does that. The drip coffee drinker is the easiest, just pour it and hand it over, 10 seconds. Instead I have to wait 3 minutes while the coffee sat on the counter. The bad thing is that they are 1 of 2 kiosks in the mall, both are always busy, so I dont think they are hurting for business. If you are looking for a better kiosk, venture outside and go to the one on 2nd.

I’ve usually always had a normal pleasant«Starbucks» experience, until this past Saturday. My boyfriend & I ordered our drinks per usual and the man behind the counter was LESS than happy to be near anyone. First my boyfriend ordered a «Third Grande Latte» and the guy just typed in something and then huffed [loudly] size, with a terribly annoyed look on his face. Then I went to pay and he grabbed my card and proceeded to run the card and hand it back to me and walk off. It was really a TREAT to deal with this one.

Comme ci, comme ça. I like the location in the mall, the drinks always seem to come out okay but seating is almost always murder… like crows… as in TOOMANYPEOPLEINONEPLACE. If you do manage to get a seat and can ignore your friendly caffeinated table/couch/chair mate(A.K.A. Stranger) half sitting on you and or accidentally kicking your shins under the table/couch/chair you’re sharing, then you can indulge in some prime people watching!

Aaahhhhh, Starbucks. How I love thee, let me count the ways. This location is inside Cherry Creek mall. There are two locations inside the mall, both are just fine.
