Starbucks is Starbucks. Not really much to say here, they’re literally all the same, lol. The same drinks, the same layout, the same menu… if this was a review of the company as a whole, I’d have a lot more to say. But this is the average comment for your average Joe chain. «Meh.»

I absolutely love this place. As an avid coffee drinker, I never thought that a Starbucks would be my favorite place to get a cup and hang out. I usually go in the afternoon which is never too busy unless something is happening in the city, but I have been in a couple of mornings, but the rush wasn’t what I was about. Going in, everyone immediately greets you even if they’re at the bar working and I love that. ‘My’ night crew is usually Cory, Jeff, or Hunter and I adore them. May be a bit too shy to say anything, but they’re my favs even if I only see them once a weeks. I would really recommend this place, they make my night every time.

It’s close to both home and work, so I stop here occasionally, and I regret it every time. The service is terrible, especially with the Store Manager, Kelly. She’s rude to the customers and even MORE rude to her employees. It’s no wonder no one works there very long. So we get to deal with new people regularly and as a result, improperly made drinks. I can’t tell you how often I’ve gotten to work to realize my(or my coworkers) drink isn’t right. No big deal, I’ll just pay $ 5 for some crap I didn’t order and won’t drink… thanks.

Damn. Disappointed! They were busy this morning, but no more so than a normal Starbucks morning. The unfriendly young lady on the intercom was rushing so fast that she wasn’t listening to my order and cut me off mid sentence more than once to ask if that would be all. No. It’s not. And if she’d been listening she would have heard me TWICE say no egg on my breakfast sandwich. She even interrupted as I was saying«no egg» to ask if it would have everything on it. «Except no egg» I replied. I was hastened through the pay window very quickly, somewhat rudely, to get to my destination only to discover my improperly made order. Get it together. If you can’t handle being busy don’t work at a coffee shop in the morning.

I’m gonna throw this venerable coffee house chain a bone — at least for this location. You know what you’re getting content-wise in general, so on a chilly wet drizzly Thursday night in late April 2016, with a rare date, we stopped in here after dinner and prolonged conversation and had… coffee and a treat and more prolonged conversation. 0:) The service here is what makes this place stand out. They were amazingly helpful, dealt well with my slightly manic babbling(always a good sign of a great night happening), and even after getting our order and applying that to my $ 10 gift cert and closing out our initial order, were able to attach the iced lemon cake we picked to that gift cert as well. That was awesome. :) They also have a nice humanitarian bent here; there were a few«down-on-their-luck» people staying inside, trying to stay warm here. They were not intrusive; 1 of them asked me the time and then apologized for interrupting my date convo — I thought that was amazingly polite. (drums fingers) There’s really nothing I can say about this visit that *didn’t* merit a 5th star…[it is currently sitting on a 4…](purses lips)…ah, ok. I dislike corporate giants, but this is a review about a singular experience; and the staff here nailed it — so sure: 5 star. Well done and keep up the great work, staff!

The lady at the drive through window is definitely not the person to be in customer service. Her voice over the speaker was not very patient or friendly; it was very pushy. When I got to the window her facial expression was definitely no different. She looked very annoyed and as if I was an inconvenience to her. Maybe the GM needs to think about who is representing their store face through the drive through.

The employees who work at this store are the friendliest, most helpful Starbucks employees I’ve come across(and I’ve visited every Starbucks store in the Denver area numerous times). Every time I come in, the employees are smiling and happy and always get my order right, which is impressive because they get swamped with customers at certain times of the day(they are right by a high school). And on top of that, my car battery died one morning while I was in getting my coffee. They were so busy with customers at the time, but still went above and beyond to help me jump my car. Even with everything going on, they were still super friendly!

Okay here’s the deal I’m only even giving it a star because it had the one drink I liked but we had the rudest person named Elijah and I don’t know what his problem was but I’m sorry that we couldn’t see you waving at us through 85 other people that were in there. Never give you a receipt, never said anything beyond what are you going to have. Never said thanks bye never said wait down there for your coffee just gave me the once over, gave me stink eye, just wrote down what I wanted, didn’t listen so I had to repeat myself. Whatever, it just wasn’t a good experience. Otherwise, the toasted Graham latte that’s pretty awesome

Frappuccino. I’m pretty sure that’s what I ordered. Pumpkin spice Frappuccino. They just poured the pumpkin spice and filled it with ice. I didn’t realize until it was too late. I think it’s supposed to be blended. Just get the order right. Pay attention. Por favor.

Worst place ever. They don’t use local products at all, their drinks are just awful, too much caramel, their drive through blocks up everything. You’re better off drinking tap water at home. DONOTGOHEREIFYOULOVEDENVER.

Worst customer service. No one is at least polite. One person was excuse me. He smiled and even then it was a forced smile. Don’t come here if you are looking for kind people. Won’t happen!

Wow. If I ever thought I wanted kids, I definitely don’t after going to this Starbucks. Every time I go here there are loads of high school students being obnoxiously loud and distracting. Not sure how many more times I can attempt going to this location before I call it quits because of the disruptive clientele. Wish I could give it a better review because the staff always seems friendly and helpful.

It’s a really nice Starbucks in Denver. Much space and plenty seating. You get everything you need.

I have never been impressed with this Starbucks. All times I’ve been in, my drinks have been watery and lukewarm. The staff isn’t friendly and they don’t listen. I’m giving it two stars for convenience and the fact that it has good workspace but I’ve gotten a better latte from the Safeway.

This is a good location(friendly staff, nice and clean inside) except for one thing. The parking is terrible. The driving path around the building and the drive-thru line are the same thing, so if you get there when a lot of people are in line, you have to either wait or drive the wrong way to park. Other than that, good place.

Avoid this place around lunch. Unless you’re a pedophile and like to try to pick up high school girls. This place is flooded with teenagers on their lunch from the high school nearby. It makes the whole place loud, messy and hormonal. It’s a shame because it’s actually one of the larger and more rustic/Colorado looking Starbucks in Denver. The baristas are prompt and kind but if you’re looking for coffee and wifi I suggest going to Hooked On Colfax down the street.

As far as Starbucks goes, this is a really nice and well-maintained location. The outdoor seating is nice too. However, there’s a really big problem: The Wifi is the slowest I have ever seen in any Starbucks, ever. As I am typing this, there are no more then 5 people with laptops in here, plus two more with smart phones. For a location this big, that’s almost empty. But for some reason, my websites load slower than on a 14k dialup modem. It’s 2014, that’s just not acceptable. I really hope they toss out the crappy AT&T wifi and get the new Google Wifi that some locations already have.

This is your standard Starbucks, nothing wrong with that. However, I went with a large group of people who were craving sweets and coffee after having lunch nearby. I have to give this store props for not only being very friendly but for also quickly taking care of us and preparing our drinks promptly and correctly. It’s hard for Starbucks to frequently accomplish both!

Pros: 1) lots of tables 2) friendly staff 3) DRIVETHRUAVAILABLE 4) very large for a starbucks 5) plenty of seating(usually — see below) 6) a good # of plugs along the walls 7) location and parking Cons: 1) proximity to East High school. This particular location is FILLED with high school students at lunch time(between 1045am — 12pm) and then after school(145pm? 2pm? somewhere in there). They come in a swarm and leave a mess. yes. I’m becoming an ornery old woman. 2) location on Colfax. lots of transients. I’ve had two uncomfortable experiences during my past two visits. Last visit, the guy leaned over and rubbed the arm of my armchair which was next to my knee(i was sitting cross legged in the armchair). I packed up and left lickety split. Today, another transient was pacing in the store, throwing his books/papers onto the floor, and making everyone nervous. Not very conducive for an «office.» I know there are 7 «pros» and only 2 «cons» but they’re big ones. I think this location will be drive thru only for me from now on… I’ll pick a different location for office space.

I love this ‘Bucks! I’ve only been here during the early morning and in the afternoon and despite it’s location, it’s quite relaxed and cozy. I’m always expecting it to be packed since it’s right on Colfax but I’ve never had to wait too long whether it’s in the drive through(they love my dog and are super quick with a drink) or when I go inside. The employees are freakishly nice too, always asking how my day is going which can sometimes be a loaded question. The best part is the couches if you can snag a spot, they are so luxuriously comfortable that I just want to be «that girl» and hog the entire thing for myself. This location is always clean and if you really wanted, you could have a party in the bathroom since the onesies are that big! All in all, a great Starbucks to stop at if you’re in a hurry or wanting to relax and enjoy a beverage.
