My husband and I ordered two frapps and get a few blocks down the street and realize we weren’t given straws. My husband waits for his frapp to melt a bit so he can drink it directly from the cup. After getting 1⁄3 of the drink down, he looks into his cup and realizes there is a CAPTO A MILKJUGIN his drink! We drive back and ask the barista if we can speak to a manager and he says he is the manager. We show it to him and he apologizes and asks if he can make us another. At this point we don’t want a drink at all! I ask for his district managers business card and he says he DOESNOTHAVEHISPHONENUMBER. Really you don’t call your boss? Ever? At this point I’m livid and I let my husband handle it. He remakes his drink and offers him two $ 4 vouchers. $ 8 when he could have choked on the milk cap?! Well, at least his district manager doesn’t have to find out because apparently he is a deaf mute who doesn’t own a cell phone. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great place to grab a latte, check your email and catch up on your Unilocal reviews while you’re waiting for your tires to be rotated.

Well not sure how the coffee is because we showed up at 8 and they had locked the doors and refused to acknowledge us. They are suppose to be open until 9 and continued to turn their back on us and act like they didn’t hear me knocking on the window. It was two girls that obviously care more about going home than keeping their employers business open until they are suppose to. Lazy and terrible people work there. Wouldn’t suggest this one…

Location-wise this Starbucks is VERYVERY tough to get in and out of– BEWARE and be careful. After spending well over $ 6 for a panini, I was told their oven was broken and left disappointed… the service at this time is not as great as the Union location in Lakewood. Of course the parking is atrocious at both of them.

I love to go to Starbucks and get a awesome vanilla bean scone and some very tasty pumpkin bread. My mom also likes to go to Starbucks for their good, good, good coffee. They have very good service regarding taking your order and making your food. Also, they will reheat snacks if requested. Starbucks has a nice range of things to order, including some popcorn, water, and snacks. Whenever I see a Starbucks store I am sure to stop by.

It’s a starbucks. The coffee is still only 3-star, but with the amazing new Google WiFi(50 megabits!) it’s a great place to work.

Starbucks is my Achilles heal. I detest coffee yet I love their Tazo Chai. It is my «fix» every morning sometimes more than once a day. This Starbucks I love for their location. There are 6 or so I frequent regularly; this one, Wheat Ridge on Kipling, Thornton drive thru on Grant, Cherry Creek on 1st and my local one’s in Dillon and Frisco. I like that this one I’m always great ed when I come in and they always say Have a great day when I leave. A product is given much more value when excellent customer service proceeds or comes before it. My reason for not 5 stars is #1 price, still seems high and #2 I heard after speaking with MANY Barista’s that Starbucks is doing away with Tazo in replace of Teavana. DONTFIXWHATISNOTBROKEN!!! Why can’t businesses understand this concept? If something is popular you see there is a demand and keep that demand going. Business 101.

Very clean place and a friendly staff. The seating area on the inside seems to be a little limited, yet its okay. There is a good amount of seating on the outside area which makes up for the tighter interior once the weather is favorable. The product is always good, so there aren’t any worries here. I did not notice a drivethru area yet I doubt there is one, considering that this location is on a corner where the side door opens up to the road and the wall that the baristas have the coffee station at faces a wall toward another store. There was quite a bit of Lakewood high school students that took up the bar area as well as plush seats, yet I didn’t mind. Very convenient location off of Colfax and one that I’ll return to for my caffeine fix.

This is my regular Starbucks. The staff is amazingly nice, the food is always fresh, and I haven’t had to go back to fix a drink. There’s quite a bit of seating available, although usually its full of Lakewood High students. The parking lot is nice and big, but you do have to be strategic to turn in since there’s medians on both Kipling and Colfax. Luckily the other storefronts around it are empty, so there’s no competition for spots.

Convenient location, right across from work. Made for a nice outing whenever it was overcast(I have to have my coffee fix, especially when the weather’s nice and gray). I usually ordered decaf, and they were always willing to do a pour-over for me. There was only once instance when I experienced an exceptionally long wait. They weren’t writing the orders on the cups and the barista forgot all about mine! Other than that, only good things to say about the customer service and quality. Also, if you’re in the mood for a little mid-morning snack, try one of their cream cheese danishes – they’re amazing!

Typical Starbucks experience. Confusing layout, as the only door leads you directly into their PICKUP counter, where you stand awkwardly, waiting to figure out where the ORDER counter is. The staff seems lazier than most, with every table we looked at being dirty. The parking lot itself is fine, but making any left turn out of either corner exit is impossible. Keep that in mind, and bring your U-Turn juju. But, all in all, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. You pretty much know what to expect.

There’s just something off about this Starbucks. First off, they charged us more for a drink than advertised, but that was a mistake. It’s just that the drinks don’t taste like ones you’d get from other Starbucks. They’re more watery and less flavorful, which is a real bummer.

This Starbucks is near my new job, and as far as Starbucks go, it’s very nice. Clean and well laid out, with an easy and convenient parking lot. The servers are friendly, fast and efficient.

Out in the ‘burbs towards the West most end of Colfax before it turns into Golden, this Starbucks sits on the corner of a small retail strip-mall. It’s Starbucks, so it is what it is, but I had a good experience here. In and out in under five minutes. No snarky counter service types were encountered. My drink was made correctly, the condiment setup was in proper order and parking out front was convenient.

The baristas here are friendly whether you visit in the morning or the afternoon. Even with a busy line they keep it moving and make your drink fast. And the blueberry coffee cake was moist and soft. Im a Fan of Soy and they do it right here.

I’m a huge fan of Starbucks in general but there is something about this one that is top notch. They know the people that come in well, to the point where they will have your drink made when you walk in, and their coffee is always good. I’ve been getting the trenta iced coffee lately. It’s less than a frap, has more caffeine, and you get more for your money. A great alternative to the other drinks. Also, this place has free Wifi and not the wifi where you need a Century Link or att account to access either, straight up free. It’s nice to see that around here.

I don’t know how Starbucks does it, but they tend to hire nice people as their baristas. This location is no exception. They are friendly and they treat you well. The one guy didn’t ignore me even after his friend came in, which is appreciated. The fact that this location is convenient for me makes it that much better.

Headed in for some blessed caffeinated goodness to get the olé neurons firing in the morning. Ordered my standby — the triple shot iced grande latte. Drink was strong and tasty! Quite a few people frequenting this Starbucks — with a number of folks hanging out.
