Both Rachel and Sammie are amazing. I love this particular location and frequent it nearly daily. I honestly continue to come here, because of the amazing service I get from these two ladies specifically. Honestly, they both cannot receive enough kudos. Thanks for always being on top of it and smiling ladies!

Quickly becoming my Sunday work place, I love this Starbucks. I am not sure why they open so early on the weekends, but it is kind of fantastic to get in the zone before the crowds start flowing through the doors. Oddly seems to get a large number of kids(who budgets for kiddos in their Starbucks plan??) but because it isn’t very large, they quickly move along. On the small side but cozy and now serves the evening wine and beer selections.

I had gone in here for a cold drink and ended up with a Great Divide Titan IPA paired with spiced Pumpkin seeds. Very good combo! Cheers.

Drinks were great! However the ladies weren’t very customer service oriented! I love Starbucks but it is becoming to where they don’t take care of customers and are more worried about the top dollar instead.

Very polite baristas. Typical with the downtown crowd there is a code to get into the restroom. I have no idea why that is strange to me but I do feel like I’m not welcome to use it– strange and silly but not very inviting in my opinion. The drink I ordered was great!

The one place in the world where everyone knows my name… and my order. Perhaps this reflects more on how often I visit, but regardless it makes me feel pretty special. The staff is always SO kind, happy and chipper. They give me recommendations on improving my usual, or new drinks to try. For a downtown location I know they have to stay hella busy so kudos on the fast and friendly service they always display.

I work on the same property so I am in here all the time. The staff is amazing, never a negative moment, even when it seems half of Denver is crammed inside. And they somehow never seem to keep you waiting no matter how many people order multiple items.

Even though this store seems small there is ample sitting room and quite the variety of it too! You can lounge in a comfy chair, sit at a table, choose a high top stool or even perch at the counter. It’s almost always busy but you still get quality service from the baristas. The location is great for folks who are students at the Auraria campus or people just passing through Larimer Square. It just goes to show the diverse clientele that frequent this place. There is also a small patio for enjoying the weather and the people walking by. Like most others, this store offers some food items, both hot and cold. Always clean, never too cold or too hot — this Starbucks is like the Goldilocks of them all. It’s just right.

Love the location, and the baristas are always awesome. One star lost for never having seating when I want it.

This Starbucks is definitely popular, friendly, and a good experience if you are a to-go coffee getter. My main gripe is that there is very little seating here, so as one of those customers that wants to stay and do some work this place can sometimes work, other times not.

I’m a big fan of Starbucks. As I used to work at one a long time ago and bonus I almost have my gold card. I usually go to a different Starbucks downtown that is right below my office. We were doing some light shopping which brought me to a Starbucks a little down 16th for my morning latte. I was a little disappointed in the service at this one. Very slow and lack luster as far as friendliness. My latte was made correctly which is a bonus. It doesn’t seem this one is used to a large volume of customers so not used to expediting a line. Three stars for now unless a future experience changes my mind.

Love this location. Love the staff. Love the coffee. Since we have a Starbucks on every corner downtown I pick and choose my favorites and this is one of them!

The starbucks on Larimer. A cute starbucks off 16th, close to all the Larimer restaurants. Good place to wait when your table isn’t ready or for after dinner pick me up!

This area was recently remolded and I love most of the stores in this area. I sometimes go here to sit outside and read the paper, or take a breather from the real world. I also get a lot of personal stuff done on my lunch break in this area because there is a UPS, several coffee shops, sprint store(my cell company, which is so convenient to pay my bill), Credit Union, Star Buck, Coat Store, office max is on the next block, and ect. Great area if you work near by, need to get some stuff done, or do some shopping.

One of the busiest downtown and one if the best. The baristas @ this Starbucks are great: they are service oriented, make a mean latte and are personable to boot. Great outdoors patio for sunny days.
