The mastermind behind The Crushery is owner Chef John Davidson, who graduated from Johnson and Wales in Vail Co. John has lived in Chicago and New York where he perfected his skills at some of the finest restaurants such as; Rushmore and Gramercy Tavern prior to returning to Denver to pursue his passion in opening his own restaurant. The Crushery was been voted as the top 5 best sandwich joints in Denver, guilty pleasure you won’t want to miss.
