I contacted my HOA to fix a problem with my condo’s gutters, and my HOA contacted these guys. It took nearly 2 months for Roof & Gutter Guys to contact me. This occurred only after I told my HOA (5 weeks after submitting the ticket) that I was appalled at the non-​response. However, when they did respond, they responded quickly. Courtesy was variable — I didn’t get the type of response from the person on the phone that I would expect in this situation, but the guys they sent out to do the work were very courteous and professional. I didn’t have to pay for the work so I can’t speak to the value question. Overall, a very mixed experience.
