Wonderful staff! We came in looking for new flavors, found some of the nicest and most helpful people there. Kirby and Jean Paul were very helpful and made us feel welcome. We will be back. There is plenty of parking, inside was clean and the vibe was awesome! We will be back!

I’ve been hitting up JP’s shop since last January (after trying several other shops). He’s the most legit guy in the biz that I’ve met so far. Makes his own juice from organic extracts. Knows more than 99% of the other idiots in the corporate chains that have littered the vape community as of late. He will take the time to deal with even the most difficult customers (and I’ve witnessed a few of these interactions). Everyone leaves happy.
In response to one of the comments regarding clone/​knockoff products: yes, there are a couple which JP mentioned in his response, and he will always be upfront about these products. And after doing research and comparison, more than half the stuff you buy online are knockoffs (even if they look like they’re branded and all). It’s a sketchy world buying these products online right now. But 90% of his products, whether coils, battery mods, atomizers, batteries, etc are all legit and branded as expected. In my visits to his shop, I’ve met some awesome people who are serious in the vape community. Some build their own coils, some just like the wonderful products he carries. They keep going back to JP. And while you can order online and save a few bucks (I’ve done this before), good luck returning products to China. JP will make sure you leave with properly working equipment if you have any issues (as I have).
If I was suffering from some sort of mutation leaving me with extra digits, I’d be giving three thumbs up!

I visited this shop based on the Unilocal reviews. Needless to say JP was a really nice guy. However the products he has in the shop are all CLONES. In other words, they are all fake products from China. His prices may seem fair at first glance but in reality you can go online and buy clones for way cheaper. He does make his own juice which is pretty cool but the fact that I went in there and he didn’t even mention to me that his products were all clones got on my nerves. Anyways, I ended up going to a different shop and getting exactly what I wanted for half the price that I was quoted at his shop for the fake products. If you are looking for a cheap e-​cig this may be your place to go but if you have any idea what you are doing with these things stay away from here.

If you want to start Vaping, this is the store for you. The level of education JP gave me was fantastic. They want to build a relationship with you. They know old school customer service will lead to sales. They have quality products, but you can find those all over town/​online. Their prices are also LOW. There is another Vaping store only 1 mile from my house. Their prices were MUCH higher and they were not eager to explain. I will make the drive to get the service and spend much less.

Outstanding service. JP spent a great deal of time explaining all the options available and did not push this newbie, rather let me make an informed decision. He backs up all his products, mixes his own juices and has a plethora of samples to help make your decision. He has found a new steady customer! Convenient location, plenty of parking and great prices.

I stumbled upon The Vapor Store today by accident and am now a customer for life!
J.P, (shop owner) is so helpful and knowledgable, he answered all of our questions about e cigs, all while we sat comfortably at the counter sampling his awesome house made e juices. Excellent customer service! Thank You JP!
