Specialties
Denver’s finest wine, martini, and jazz bar is a casual yet upscale nightclub. Famous for exceptional tapas, light fare and desserts, Trios Enoteca is located right in the heart of LoDo. Local art adorns the walls, and changes monthly. Staff sommeliers have selected the best in old and new world wines to appeal to a diversity of tastes and budgets featuring 50 wines by the glass and more than 300 by the bottle! Trios’ full bar offers an unrivaled scotch collection, killer martinis, ports, spirits and beer. Showcasing live Jazz and Blues every night, Trios features some of the best local artists like Alive on Arrival with Laura Newman. Relax and kick-back on soft leather couches in our plush lounge area… also great for private holiday, bachelorette, or birthday parties. Whether your next visit is a simple dinner out with friends, formal business meeting, or grand celebration; Trios will provide an intimate atmosphere, unparalleled service and a night to remember.
History
Established in 1996.
Trios was purchased in 1996 by B. Wise industries in conjunction with his vinyard in Sonoma, California and has been under the same ownership since. Long known for cigars as well as wine, drinks and food, like so many places in Denver we lost our cigar license due to the Colorado Clean Air Act, and we are now a non-smoking establishment.

When I’m not tasting wine at Trios, I’m usually out fishing, camping, backpacking, riding motorcycles, hunting, flying airplanes, working out, or trying to get some sleep!

«Herb’s offers some of the best live music in Denver. So close to Coors Field that you can’t afford NOT to stop in on your way to a Rockies game!»
