I’ve had a couple of business card print jobs done here. I’ll preface by stating Vango is capable of doing great work in a timely fashion, and Martha was very prompt in communicating with me via email. I never had to wait more than half a day for her or someone else to get back to me about my order. I could pay online via credit card and have a friend go pick it up for me. And my first order turned out great, so I came back to Vango for order #2. Here’s where it went wrong. She actually screwed up my first order, but I didn’t realize that until after I got back my second order. I asked for the cheapest card stock on the first order, and they looked amazing. So I asked again for the cheapest card stock on order 2, and they looked terrible. I was doing color printing on both sides, and the back side showed through the front. This was not the case on the first order, even though I asked for exactly the same thing. She gave me the cheapest stock on order 2, but on order 1 she goofed and gave me a nicer stock by mistake. When I brought it up to Martha she apologized and admitted she was in error on the first order, but she refused to rectify the situation. I asked if she would kindly reprint for me since she was in error the first time, which gave me the wrong idea for the second order. She declined. I realize I was at fault here, but so was Vango. It would have been nice to just give the customer the benefit of the doubt. But Martha chose not to, hence 3 stars; mostly for poor customer service. Also, a heads up from them before printing about color maybe showing though on the cheapest stock paper would have been VERY helpful. Instead, communicating with them was very robotic. I’ll be taking my print business elsewhere. There are plenty of print shops in Denver, but unfortunately I’ve mostly had bad experiences. Still on the hunt for a friendly, reliable, quality print shop in Denver. Again, Vango can do great work. It helps if you know a little bit about print and know exactly what you want.
