This is a review for the Healthcare Clinic, I didn’t do any shopping in the store. Came here for a TB test. Expected to wait for an hour plus, since that was my experience with minute clinic in CVS back home. Wonderfully, I was seen right after checking in. There was a receptionist(or maybe a medical assistant, I’m not sure of her title). Who had me fill out paperwork and asked some questions. She was wonderful! So sweet and helpful. Right after the papers were done I was taken to see the NP. She did the TB test spiel and then we chatted for a few minutes. She gave me the injection then told me the time window to come back. I was in and out within I would say 20 minutes and got really superb customer service! Wish it was closer but I will gladly make the trip back if needed

Just really terrible customer service in the pharmacy. I waited for over 45 minutes for a prescription that was called in ahead of time. The tech told me it would be about 15 minutes and he would call overhead when it was ready, but never did so I waited way too long. No one want a to sit and wait when they’re sick!

Terrible customer service. I tried to see a doc at the healthcare clinic because I was very sick. Not only were they going to make me wait for over 2 hours, the doc was very rude and apathetic towards me. She completely talked down towards me and had no sympathy for how much pain I was in. She was too occupied with getting lunch. Nobody should go into healthcare if they aren’t able to show sympathy. Never again.

I’ve noticed that customer service is fading from our world… and it makes me sad. Walgreens you confirmed that today. I frequent this Walgreens often and the staff is typically awesome! Not today, I opted to check out at the photography counter. The woman who was working there acted like I was an inconvenience. She didn’t answer my questions, and once I asked again she gave me some muddled answer under her breath. All with no eye contact, zero eye contact, she would not look at me. Kill her with kindness, right?! I tried and even said thank you and have a good day, her response? I didn’t get anything, not even acknowledgement that I spoke. I wish businesses emphasized the importance of customer service especially for a neighborhood drugstore.

I stopped by this store a couple of days ago and asked about getting a flu shot for my 18 month old son. The pharmacist and nurse at the health clinic said it was available as young as 18 months, and I should make an appointment. So that’s what I did. Today, we show up for our appointment on time, and the nurse greets us and then proceeds to take another patient before us, saying that she is behind because«my lunch was late.» Ok, no problem, we can be patient. My toddler is usually pretty good, thankfully. So we wait. And we wait. A half hour later, the nurse emerges, ready for us at last. When we get in the exam room, she tells me that the minimum age for the flu shot is 24 months, not 18 months. A different story. Confused, I head back over to the pharmacy to clarify, and I see the same pharmacist I talked to a few days ago, and she says she thought 18 months was fine, and verifies that the other nurse told me that as well. The nurse on duty now disagrees and pulls out a chart to «prove it to me.» I don’t really want to argue, and at this point my son is pretty much done with the whole experience, so we head home for a nap. Disappointed in the service here. Would not recommend this clinic.

I am so pissed off at the pharmacy here. I had a prescription for painkillers, and they wanted i.d. I had just lost my driver’s license but had a photo copy of the original plus one of my old expired licenses with photo but punched. The lady at the drive thru said that was not enough. I told her I would run to d.m.v. and get new i.d. Well, they give you a temporary without photo. Went back and lady still would not take my i.d. I SAID I have my birth certificate too. still no go. She gave me my script back and suggested I go to safeway or king soopers. I went to king’s and they were great. no problem. plus the script was $ 10.00 cheaper. Me and my opartner had been going to wallgreens for years, but I am done. I had enough i.d. for dmv. but not for walgreens? W.T.F.

I come here constantly because I live right nearby, so I consider myself an authority on this particular Walgreen’s. The staff is friendly, but plan on waiting forever for a prescription, regardless of what day or time it is. Also be prepared to pony up some change for the bums that surround the store. Also, they have a loud @ss leaf blower that wakes me up at 7 a.m. about 3 x’s a week. No matter how many times I call and ask them to start later, at a more reasonable time such as 8, because my family is sleeping, they act like they are listening, but they’re not, because nothing changes.

Another Walgreens. Nothing special, convenient for some things and expensive for others. Usually a quick stop for me.

3 Stars is A-OK. This store is just that. When I need something more esoteric than what is available at the grocery store, this store is where I go due to it’s proximity to my home(and my favorite grocery store for that matter). I have noticed that the prices are a bit higher, but that is to be expected for a specialty store and that’s what drugs stores are these days. The place is typically clean, well organized and pleasantly staffed. They have a parking lot out front which is a plus for a business on Colfax Avenue. They also have Green and Black’s chocolate, so that always bumps up my checkout total a little bit.

Dammit, I really hate going to the drug store. If I’m buying a Buy-400-Get-50-Free package of condoms, I run into my next-door neighbor, a 70-year old conservative who might stroke if he glances into my basket. If I’m buying zit cream and a crossword puzzle book, I inevitably run into one of my boyfriend’s buddies, who always said I was too dorky but now he has proof. If I’m staggering through the store, nose dripping and red, barely able to think through the mucus swirling in my head, looking for anything that might ease the suffering, I run into that perky little coworker that the entire company lusts after, and her friends, who audibly say«Ewwwww» as they walk away. Of course, you’ll say I shouldn’t care. I don’t really. Truly, the trauma is short-lived. But honestly, don’t you hate it, too? You’ll tell me I need to go to a far and distant drug store. One no one else knows about. But you just watch, I’ll be just about ready to purchase wart cream and lice shampoo when I run into a ex. There’s no escaping it. This Walgreen’s is just like any other. No better, no worse. Well, it’s on Colfax so maybe you get a few extra interesting characters in there. Among which I’m sure to know several. Sigh.
