Before the Safeway closed across the street, this was an «ok» store to come in and grab what was needed. The lines are always long and the self checkouts are usually closed(or not working)…not too convenient. I would rather travel the 3 miles to King Soopers and pay a little more. I guarantee, I have made it back home before the lines move at Walmart.

Alright… if I could give zero stars I would. I’m typing this as I stand in what appears to be(1 of 2) 20 ft long lines of people trying to check out on MOTHER ’ S DAY morning with only 2 checkers available for the entire store. I’m literally sick of this place. If it’s not them being out produce bags, it’s the power is out, or their always out of something really basic, or the fruit/veggies are like wrotten. PLEASE give me back expensive A$$ Albertson’s. At least they know how to properly run, staff, and stock a grocery store. I cringe damn near every time I come in here. Always something!!! I like a few of the clerks in here that I see regularly, but otherwise management is crap around here, and it shows. I will try and find time to keep driving to King Soopers on tower, or Walmart on tower from here on out. JESUSCHRIST… I’M STILLINLINE!!! Slight update… as I was driving away I saw at least 4 workers outside the front door smoking cigarettes.

Dirty! The parking lot looks like a dumping ground! So sad that people can’t carry their empty cup or candy wrapper to the garbage in front! The inside isn’t much better.

They never have enough checkers, it’s always filthy, their lack of groceries is laughable and the people that work there are hardly ever helpful. You can guarantee you’ll find someone outside panhandling. There’s never carts inside so you better bring one in from outside. The security guard always looks annoyed or like he sleeping with his eyes open. Make the trip and go to the Walmart off of Tower Road, it’s not great but it’s better than this one.

Really bad costumer service they have. They never have anything stocked and when asking for help no one knows I mean that’s your job! Costumer service lady is so rude.

Came here to make a key. I was second in line but had to wait ten minutes as the CSM/Service desk associate was ‘supervising’ a trainee even though the line was growing. When it was finally my turn, she told me the key machine was broken and that I should go to the Tower Walmart. Typical ghetto Walmart experience.

Nice to have close, much better than safeway. It’s nothing spectacular, just the grocery part of most super centers with a small«Walmart esque» area on the west side of the store. As to be expected, nice location. they have a good amount of staff working there and i hope it stays that way.

Finally, the Neighborhood Market by Walmart, 5141 Chambers Road has been opened for a couple of days, I am NOT sure when but boy am I glad they did. Was here on Wednesday July 4th2012 after running some errands in this part of neighborhood and trying to check out what store is open. Was here at 19:15hrs. YES, its smaller that the normal Walmart I am used to, since most of the time I try to go to those WALMARTSUPERCENTER just a few miles away. When we first arrived here, there are several customers, but it seems that some of the items on display are not stocked up like what I expect a Walmart to do. Perhaps one, its the 4th of July day. Second, its the timing we were there. Thankfully they do have what I need for that evening, since I dont feel like asking Hubs to drive to the Walmart SUPERCENTER. Another added bonus, when I entered this Neighborhood Market by Walmart, I took note the closing time indicated at the entrance door: 11pm. Okies from what I could recall, on the RIGHTWING of this Walmart are all the cold items you can get, from produce, meats, butter and along side next to all this cold items are the refrigerated items, such as frozen food, such as ice creams what nots. The frozen or the cold items do not have all the things, I am used to but it will suffice if you are not picky what to get etc etc. There is aisle for greeting cards and aisle aka«PARTY» central items in case you need to get stuffs for organizing a party aka«ENTERTAINING», toys sections for the little ones, and home section aisle to name a few. On the LEFTWING of this Walmart, situated all the toiletries items you need such as shampoo, soaps, creams, and some medications. I also find items aisle for general use for the house etc etc. They also have a small section for browsing magazines and books and even a counter for $ 5 movies DVDS. Next time, I need to take note what time it opened. All in all, this Neighborhood Market by Walmart. Location 5141 Chambers Road, looks promising to go when needed. The staffs at this location was inviting and the check out was a breeze. Neighborhood Market by Walmart Store # 3127 (303) 218‑6237 Manager: Steve Hundley 5141 Chambers Road, Denver, CO80239 @70/2012
