The most delicious made-​to-​order ice cream sandwiches you’ve ever tasted. We put the decision of what goes in to every sandwich on you. Pick your cookies/​brownie, pick your ice cream and pick how you want it. It’s that simple.

You can find our truck (the Whale) roaming the streets of Denver, attending festivals/​events and at local breweries. We also offer catering, which can be arranged through our website.

Ultimately, the only thing that matters is that you walk away with a smile and your ice cream sandwich.

History

Established in 2014.

It started as a fun idea over a group text back in July of 2013. After several meetings about the idea, we decided to start seriously hunting for a step van or truck that would work for our concept. That was a surprisingly difficult search, as food trucks are taking off across the country.

Once we landed what would become the White Whale in August of 2013, we started fine-​tuning our ice cream sandwiches, getting the truck built-​out and designing every little detail.

We know you’ll love our ice cream sandwiches as much as we do.
