XFINITY Store by Comcast

My experience at this store was excellent of both occasions I visited in the last few days. I had virtually no wait either time and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. I went in for an exchange of a cable box but was upgraded on that plus all my other hardware at their suggestion and as no cost.
As a sidenote, even my couple of phone calls with Xfiniti that I needed for a couple of small setup problems were good experience.

Comcast may deliver pretty good internet service, but try to cancel and you get «sorry, maam, I’ve lost air, can’t hear you». Even their automated system hangs up on you if you try to cancel!
I was going to give them 2 weeks notice but I think I’m going to take my modem back early.
For the last several years I played hell trying to get them to disconnect my cable. My son was in the Aurora Theater during THAT event, and we didn’t want to watch any news, couldn’t handle any negativity, didn’t need any reminding. Nothing I did got them to cancel my service. Finally my divorce did. Unfortunately, when I resigned up for their internet only service they consistently raised my bill until I was paying more for internet-​only than they were charging for cable and internet bundled! And everytime I needed to talk to them about their service, I got a sales job.
Once you sign up for their service you are their money slave. Never again! Beware!

DO NOT TRUST COMCAST or anything the sales people tell you. Your monthly bill WILL randomly increase and you will have to call in each month and waste your precious time talking to customer service… which is about as enjoyable as sticking a rusty nail in your eye.
And btw after three 30 minute calls to comcast, nothing was resolved. Two of the times, they said they’ll call me back because whatever department or supervisor that can fix the issue isn’t available. And surprise surprise, no one called back… ever. All the reps have said they are aware of the issue of the sales people promising the world then delivering dog poo service. Apparently they have been dealing with a lot of pissed off clients. One of the reps I spoke to was apparently a supervisor (Audrey) who was cold, unhelpful and frankly worse than the regular reps I talked to. She pretty much said that they know this is an issue but nothing they can do. «Sorry! You’ll just have to end up paying $ 350 more for your services than you were quoted»
I literally asked her, if you are in my shoes, are you okay with that solution? She’s like «no I wouldn’t be but nothing I can do.» I asked to speak to someone who can help me if she can’t and she says «no, all the supervisors are in a meeting and even if they were available, they won’t do anything» Gee! Awesome! I requested a call back anyways and told her that the last time they told me someone will call back, no one did. This was on ⁵⁄₉ and it’s now ⁵⁄₁₆ and of course, no called back because NO ONE CARES!!!
Run, do not walk away from Comast. I rather watch my cat throw up hairballs each day for entertainment than deal with Comcast. Not to mention, the cable and internet are both glitchy.

Can“t even cancel this garbage service

I just want to say that the customer service at this store is above and beyond. Every employee in this store goes out of their way to give you the best possible experience. Their product knowledge is awesome. Brittany Taylor has helped me with customer service and patience that is above and beyond. She is friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. A smile that is contagious.

Our experience today with Britney Taylor at this location was excellent. She answered our questions truthfully, informed us to always come in the store and see her for further questions. GREAT customer service and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Came here early on a Saturday. This is way better than waiting forever on hold or on the phone. Walked out with a modem and service setup. Downside is service is expensive but that isn’t up to the store. Basically any plan you get just plan on the price doubling after the 1^st year.

I went in today to return a set top box/​cable box. I put the returning box in an Xfinity box that I received the new cable box in with the cables and old remote control. I had the good size box in my hands, no one opened the door for me, no big deal. As soon as I got in the door one of the associates immediately came over and took the box from me and went to his station. Took no more than a minute or two and he had the returned cable box checked back in or should I say removed from my account. Had me sign his receipt for the store and gave me a receipt. I would say a lot better then my last encounter.

I’ve been to this location twice, and both times I was helped immediately. After not helpful help on the chat, I decided to just go into the store. The help I got from Juan was the best. He was pleasant and very knowledgable. Everything took about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Juan should be employee of the month, and deserves a raise.

Comcast is probably the worst company that has ever existed. My internet is almost never working and their customer service is no help at all.

While my experience with the online and phone tech support was as bad as normal, my trip to this location was excellent. I needed my modem replaced and the entire process took five minutes. I was out of the store before my daughter even had time to check out all the tablets. J Z (the clerk) was friendly and efficient, he took care of my problem without any guff.
This location also has ample parking, it’s clean and well lit and they opened at nine on the dot. They were ready to help even though I was there first thing in the morning.
After dealing with Centurylink and being refused a moment replacement a few years ago, my experience with this Xfinity location was marvelous, we’ll be sticking xfininty internet for the foreseeable future after such exemplary service.

This store is awesome.
We had ordered our new xfinity service over the phone and opted to pick up and install ourselves. Which will cost you a $ 15 activation fee. Don’t understand that, but was advised by sales rep to discuss the charge with retail rep. We were assured over the phone that our order would be ready for pick up right away.
We headed straight to the store and had the pleasure of working with Brandy. Turns out our order had not been processed. But it all worked out because we started a new order with Brandy. We initially ordered internet only and was informed of an in-​store offer for the same price and internet speed plus 10+ channels and HBO. They even threw in the other premium channels. No contract, 12-​month introductory price period. No hidden fees. And the $ 15 fee was waived because we ordered in store. We were in and out in 5 minutes with all our equipment and an actual point of contact for issues, questions, service changes, etc., not just an 800 number.
Headed straight back home, set up and after a quick call to comcast activation, we were all set up.
I didn’t know you could order service at the xfinity stores, but I absolutely will from now on.

I will be coming into this location for all my comcast needs from now on. For what took me hours on the phone with «customer service» and months of frustration and confusion, it only took about 5 minutes to correct in person. I went in and spoke to Juan and told him my problem and exactly what I wanted, and he did it. There was no pressure to add services I didn’t need, or give me the run around with the typical «go to this website, call this number» that I usually get. I give this location 5 stars, but Comcast’s overall customer service a 2. I highly recommend WHEN you have an issue with your online or phone order, or before you fall into that trap in the first place, just go in person into this store and tell them what you want. You’ll leave so much more satisfied, and in an outstandingly less amount of time.

Their store is pretty good, but their service is expensive and their support is almost useless: you have to spend much time for typical issues. I cannot recommend it

I literally downloaded Unilocal for the specific reason of how awful the customer service at this location was. I get out of my car and look inside the store to see some employees by the front door watching me. I close my driver door and was seen by the employees. I’m wearing a knee brace and holding a large package in one arm and trying to balance 2 crutches under my other arm. after trying to get the door open and finally getting in by myself I’m finally truly acknowledged by an employee who calls me to a far terminal, still trying to hold the package and the crutches I make my way over for some customer service that was barely helpful. on my way out I’m still offered no assistance in carrying another large package as I try to push myself through the door, turning around to see the employees continue to socialize with each other. it wasn’t so much a company thing because I realize xfinity is gonna be garbage anyways, (I’ve been trying to get my Internet working for almost a month now) it was more of just a human thing of helping someone with crutches get through a door or offering to assist them in bringing their package to their vehicle. thanks xfinity

Comcast customer service has hit a new low. It’s absolutely horrible. I hate calling them. Going to talk to Dish.

I have had three different issues in the past month. First my cable went out. Then my internet. I just want reliable service and not have to be spending evenings calling them. I will say every customer service person I have talked to has been pleasant and helpful. I just need more reliable service for the amount of money I pay.

Came here at 11:00 on a Tuesday and there was literally one other customer that was being serviced. J. Z was quick to say hello and help me out.
All I wanted to do was exchange a cable box for an HD box. The transaction took less than 5 minutes and was much more pleasant than dancing around the Comcast phone system and dealing with shipping and robotic phone prompts.
Overall, come here when it’s slow. I’ve waited 30 minutes before when visiting one in Aurora. If it is busy, just chill. The place is clean and modern. Plus if it’s really busy, check out Thai Pot or Moo Yah for some food.

First let me say it is so hard to find.
But when I found it and met Tim, all was just fine. There was no wait, Tim came out to my car and brought all of my equipment in for me, so nice of him. He took care if my bill, gave me credits. Who says this, but it was a great experience. Thank you very much Tim.

Our experience being helped by Ms. Taylor yesterday was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I hate having to deal with Comcast, but yesterday’s experience was a pleasant surprise.
We just moved to a new place and were told we needed to pay to upgrade our modem, as well as pay a $ 50 «installation fee» for our new place, which needs to be «activated». This was after insisting that we were capable of hooking up our own modem.
We then went into this xfinity location and talked with an older gentleman who quoted us a $ 35 installation fee. We told them we’d shop around.
We ended up not finding any reasonable competition to this monopoly and had no choice but to return. We were helped by Ms. Taylor, who scheduled a technician to come for no fee, as we had hoped for. She also didn’t try upgrading our service and had us out of there in less than 5 minutes.
Somehow our monthly rate still ended up higher than we had been quoted over the phone. At least we had the fortune to speak with a reasonable human being, get the installation fee removed, and get out of there quickly. If you must go here, do yourself a favor and ask for Ms. Taylor.
