I always have a warm, friendly, and fun experience at XOXO! Adria, well let me tell you about this lady… I’ve been seeing her for about 15 years and she always does a fantastic job and I am super picky. Best colorist around for sure, I have a ton of hair and she takes her time to make it fabulous… love you Adria!

Horrible experience! Went in for cut and full highlights and asked for a shoulder-​length bob (yes — tons of pictures — even photos of myself with the same haircut) and it’s now barely below my ears and not even long enough to curl in the back. The stylist’s answer to cutting off more of my hair than I agreed to was that it’ll need to grow out some, then I’ll like it (as I’m in tears).
Stylist gave me an uneven boxy tomboy-​looking cut that wasn’t even close to what I requested. She also tried to tell me (after the fact) that my hair ‘wouldn’t do that’ — and that she couldn’t cut my hair the way I requested (even though I showed her photos of MYSELF with the EXACT SAME HAIRCUT six months ago).
Stylist’s hands were VISIBLY SHAKING the entire time she was cutting my hair, and she wasn’t even using a comb to hold the hair — just sticking her very DULL scissors in my hair and chopping — resulting in an uneven, horrible cut. She even mentioned that she had her scissors recently sharpened but that they were dull and weren’t cutting very well — but continued cutting anyway (resulting in an uneven choppy hair cut that just kept getting shorter and shorter as she tried to ‘fix’ it).
Stylist did not have recent, clean styling tools either (disgusting curling iron covered in hair spray and other people’s hair stuck to it — ewww), and straightener looked like it was very outdated, dirty, and was pulling and breaking my hair. Stylist was also very rough with brush and wash, and slightly burned my cheek with the straightener. I Unilocaled and said, ‘hey — you touched my cheek with the straightener’, and she said ‘sorry’ — then immediately did it again! After that; I was done. Just told her to stop (the last thing I needed on top of a horrible haircut was a burn on the side of my cheek). Left in tears with my hair uneven and a wreck.
I definitely wouldn’t let them anywhere near me again with scissors (or dirty, out-​dated) styling tools.
Very difficult to book with a voucher as well — salon’s phone almost always goes to voicemail and it took over 5 phone calls (and 3 weeks) just to get someone to answer the phone to set an appointment (they don’t seem to return voicemails).
Not a good experience — wouldn’t recommend it. Beware.

I have seen Chaz twice now and both times he has done an incredible job on my hair! Everyone has always been so friendly. I love this salon and will be back many many times in the future.

I’ve been seeing Sandy for a couple years now and every time I’ve left her chair I’ve been thrilled! She’s super creative and really great at color. Sandy is truly passionate about her craft because she always keeps up on the latest techniques and color trends. This is a major reason why I love having her do my color; it’s always fresh and fun! I look forward to my visits with her because I know she’ll do a super awesome job and we have a blast too!

I have been seeing Sandy for over 4 years now and I couldn’t be happier. She not only does a great job on my haircuts but she was such a pleasure to have her do my wedding hair. She is extremely talented and did an amazing job. Additionally, she had so much great energy making my morning getting ready so much less stressful and fun.

Sandy is a hair genius! I’ve been going to her for all of my hair needs for years and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. She’s THE BEST.

I have been going to Sandy as my hairdresser for almost six years — even before she was at XOXO — and I can’t imagine going to anyone else! She remembers what I like each time I visit her, and she always makes excellent recommendations about coloring, cuts, etc. when I’m ready to try something new. Most importantly, she listens to me whenever I visit, always making sure that I am comfortable throughout the process and ensuring that I get exactly what I want. The salon is also awesome: the staff all have a great rapport and keep their clients entertained, and the products they use — especially the MoroccanOil products — are fabulous.

I absolutly love this salon! I reccomend it to everyone! I will never go anywhere else ever again! Everyone at XOXO are amazing! I have never been to a salon with such expertize and enthusiasm! Sandy has been my stylist for bout 5 years and not only is she capable of doing anything you ask her to do making you look absolutly amazing no matter what, she is also an absolute blast! She makes sitting in a chair for 3 hours such a fun experience! I have never gotten more compliments about my hair then I have since Sandy Has Been Doing it!

Cecily has been my hairstylist for three years but as of recently ive been going to XOXO salon to see her. She’s the best stylist I’ve ever had so I would follow her wherever she went but im glad shes at XOXO because this salon is super clean and convenient as well. Cecily is an experienced and professional stylist who really listens to your needs. I’ve had several haircuts with her and have loved every one! She has also shared some great styling tips for my fine hair! The street parking has never been an issue even on Saturdays. Linda R

When you first walk in it you can easily be ignored. Be assertive and the staff will be helpful. Probably because there isn’t a receptionist.

First of all I DO NOT AGREE with KAREN S. Her review wasn’t fair at all. I’m very picky about my hair and I couldn’t decide where to go. A friend of mine recommended Sandy, and let me say she is ONE of the BEST hairstylist I’ve been too. I decided that it was time for me to get hair extensions and I did. Sandy explained everything in detailed for me, from my color process to my hair extensions. She was very good at telling me the dos and dont’s. I don’t understand where Karen was coming from. It’s pretty obvious that Sandy knows what she’s doing, and once you sign the contract you are responsible for maintaining the contract.
Not only was everything wonderful and easy but Sandy also has a great personality!
I highly recommend Sandy for your cut, color and extensions! She has 7+ experience in this industry… what more can you ask for?

Let me start by saying I am VERY picky about who touches my hair. I tried xoxo salon with a groupon. I went with Andi and she was very easy to work with. She helped me figure out the direction we were going to go, picked an amazing color for my complexion, and gave me more than the cut I wanted.
Parking is tough around there but I noticed 2 hour street parking. My cut and color were done in enough time for that option to have worked. Andi worked quickly but did not sacrifice a great service. I expected a much longer appointment so I parked catty corner in a $ 2/​hour lot.
The other stylists seemed very friendly and everyone seemed to really enjoy their jobs.
I would highly recommend Andi for your next cut and color.

Went to XOXO Salon today for the first time. Andi gave me 5 Star treatment! She did an AMAZING job on my cut, color, blow dry and style! Absolutely LOVE my new do and my new stylist. Go see Andi, you will not be disappointed!

My experiences at XOXO have been great. Staff is so friendly. Sandy has done my hair twice now and i have absolutely LOVED my cut both times! I can confidently say i will be going back to her and this salon for a long time. The best haircuts i’ve had to this day, i love my look.

I went to SANDY,
And everything was fine for about six months, then we talked about extensions, OMG DO NOT LET SANDY DO YOUR EXTENTIONS! What a mess! She told me that she knew what she was doing, and I trusted her, SHE DID NOT! I was in the chair for over 5 hours, and when I walked out I looked like I had a mullet! My hair was not blended, the color didn’t match, she knew I was leaving town that night, I had to find someone to fix the mess. The worst part was she charged $ 800 dollars for this mess. I called her and wanted $ 250.00 back, she wouldn’t do anything, she would not take responsibility for the mess she left my hair in. I went to another place and they charged less, and made my hair look beautiful.
BAD BUSINESS! DO NOT GO TO SANDY TO DO YOUR EXTENTIONS! terrible!

I got a great haircut today from Chazz! He did exactly what I wanted and made the experience very fun!

The salon is nice, but Chazz is the reason I keep coming back. He remembers what I like, gives suggestions, and keeps me entertained while I’m in the chair. I always leave looking like a million bucks!

I got a groupon to try out this place. What is odd is that on a different review system (the one I looked at when I got the groupon), others raved about how great this place is. I see that for some reason a lot of reviews have been filtered. I am not sure what that is all about, but I can only write about my experience.
I read so many great reviews for Chazz. He sounded like someone who would be perfect to cut my hair. I was not disappointed.
Unfortunately I was a few minutes late since I did not appropriately allocate enough time to get to Cherry Creek; however, once getting over that (I hate being late), Chazz took the time to listen to what I was looking for, then he let me know what he thought he would do based on what I told him. He did a great job… got rid of some my unnecessary length, texturized it, blended the layers, added height, etc.
He does a fabulous massage on your head while he shampoos it (what a stress reliever), cuts your hair, and really takes the time to dry and style it. I looked at myself when he was done and was extremely happy.
Previous reviews I read mentioned him doing an amazing job on long, thick hair and I would have to agree. In addition to the great cut and style, his conversation keeps you laughing and entertained the whole time!
