This company is horrible. They sold us an evaporative cooler for $ 1000.00 and it never worked. They would agree to repair but never show. They have said they dont care about reports to BBB and it shows as they have an unacceptable BBB history. The staff is rude and the general manager will never call you instead hiding behind a receptionist. I encourage anyone with similar problems to contact the Colorado Attorney General Consumer Fraud division.

I’ve tried over and over to work with this company since I need property services on several houses in Denver. They claim to provide it all, but are horribly inept at actually accomplishing the scheduling and service. Once they get there, they do decent work, but the horrors and frustrations of dealing with them make it not worth it. Today I sent an email to all 3 of their email addresses that I know about. I got a reply telling me to call their number. Completely unnecessary since all the info was in my email. My first and second calls ended immediately which indicates no cell service. My third call ended after he said hello, again no cell service. My fourth call got to the office who has no access to the email. Seriously?!? How in the world do you expect to run a business when this is the way you operate? Pathetic.
