This is the best tailor shop in Denver!!! I have been going there for the last year and have also been to many others in town. To be honest, they do a better job than Erol’s! And Erol’s is really good. Their price is WAY Cheaper than Erol’s!!! Highly recommended!

My favorite tailor ever!
I’ve been to a few tailors in Denver (and other cities too) and Y&Y is clearly the best.
First of all, I’m always confident that they understand my request, which is evident in their clarifying questions. Second, they do the work they charge for (I haven’t always been so fortunate.)
As an example, I recently brought in a sports top that was way too long. (I sew myself, so I know what is involved in hemming, and alterations –which is precisely why I outsource it!) I asked if it would be easier to do a serger stitch instead of a traditional hem… she agreed and made sure to reduce the price of the hem since it was less effort.
I also brought in slacks that needed to be shortened. She knew exactly what length to bring it to… which seems a bit tricky given varying heel heights. Very knowledgeable.
I had been going to a different tailor, recommended by a friend, until I accompanied another friend to Y&Y for her wedding gown alterations. When I saw the great work… now I only go to Y&Y. Top quality work… always friendly, and kind.

I have been a loyal customer of Ching’s for more than 20 years. And in that time, Ching has seen me go from a single professional (with lots of tailoring needs), to a spouse (with many tailoring needs), to an at-​home mom (with infinite tailoring needs). I cannot sew a button on — and Ching has literally done this nit thing for me for 20+ years — in addition to performing acrobat feats in alterations and making pieces from scratch. Ching is an artist and a perfectionist. And after more than 20 years, I truly consider her a friend, whom my young daughters greet at Y&Y by jumping into her arms — warm hugs and kisses all around. With adult clothing, Ching is precise and incredibly technically and skillfully adept at her craft. I have had hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of pieces altered or uniquely made by Ching over the years, each one a work of art. I’m always blown away. With kids clothing, Ching is endlessly patient: painstakingly and perfectly repairing torn fabric and worn out knees, adding buttons and bling, creating one-​of-​a-​kind beading designs, covering up permanent stains with cute appliques, adjusting elastic waistband pants and so on. Ching can fix anything from a tiny, quarter inch torn seam, to a complex, fitted asian-​style silk dress, to *every* Disney Princess costume ever manufactured. Ching can make anything from lovely pillowcases of any size or shape, to shift dresses and more. She has even magically converted some of my old adult skirts and dresses into fun play clothes for my girls. It’s one thing to sew perfunctorily, which many can do — and quite another to compose a song in clothing like Ching does.

True bespoke tailoring in Cherry Creek. There is no one better in the city. Their work is perfection and their prices fair and less than others in town. Many of the top clothing retailers use them.
I own an interior design business and expect perfection. They have never let me down.

I was referred to this place by a friend of a friend, and I would definitely not go back. Their prices are outrageous, and I was very dissapointed in the results of their work. They may be okay for basic hemming, but I wouldn’t count on them for anything complicated.

Very professional and thorough. My sleeves were lengthened in one days time, as promised. The lady at the desk was very sweet as well. I will definitely be returning for my next alteration.

Went here on the recommendation from a coworker. The ladies here did a good job of re-​tailoring a suit that was just a little bit too big for me. They did a great job on the jacket and slimmed it down a lot and looks great, but the slacks are another story, don’t get me wrong the stitch work is great but the way the pants were re-​tailored looks decent at best. If it weren’t for the slacks I’d give them 5 stars
