This branch is close to me and I have had no problems with service since I switched to them after HSBC stopped personal banking. It can get busy as there isn’t another branch super close in this area, but there is a large parking lot and lobby. Drive up tellers are pretty prompt. They just lose a star for not having a drive up ATM.
There is a vestibule ATM, but it is facing the side of the building which is set back a bit from the road. I don’t feel super comfortable going in there when the bank isn’t open. I also seem to get the people that forget that if someone is using the ATM that you should wait outside…
There are exits both headed out Transit Rd (behind Burger King) and the main French Road one.
