Well I am really hoping once I actually get seen the services will be worth it. I made an appointment for 11am and arrived ten minutes early and it is 11:30 and I have yet to be seen. They did shift around people to get us seen. And the woman that helped us was very nice and helpful.

my complaint deals with the h&r block office in ardmore pa. i went to them to get estate taxes done. the fee for this service was over $ 500.00. thinking i had a competent group i gave them all the information i had. some 5 months later, i finally got my return back and it turned out to be wrong. repeated calls have been ignored and a request to put their position in writing has been ignored. not only that but the state of pa wrote a letter telling h&r block that they filed the taxes incorrectly and they ignored the state as well. i believe this is call theft. i will of course, let every poor soul who thinks they can get help from this group what they are really all about… horrible…horrible experience!

Ok.I continue…
Back about 9 months ago Alicia Carr who is the office manager contacted me to let me know after I sent a request for help. SHE IS AMAZING! She found money that was owed to us from our previous year… so of course I went and got our taxes done just yesterday for 2011.
Can I just say that it was the BEST experience that I have ever had doing my taxes… the coffee was great, the service up front was great, Alicia is amazing, and all of that amazingness was packed into 45… yes that’s right…45 minutes. Alicia was just so nice the entire time, asking me about everything and it was so pleasant… and it was doing my taxes!
So all in all, if you are looking for a really solid place to get your taxes done, I got out with the additional «piece of mind guarantee» for $ 200…so worth me not spending 6 hours trying to enter stuff online!
