As a graduate of the FONES School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport, I Laura Benedetto Collins, have been a dental assistant, dental hygienist, as well as a dental assistant instructor for 30 years. My passion is watching my students grow into well educated assistance who will be an asset to the practice and team there soon to be part of.

LabCo offers you the opportunity to become a dental assistant in just 15 Saturdays. LabCo «Plus» offers hands-​on instruction of four handed dentistry, the necessary terminology, and preparation for the D.A.N.B. (Dental Assisting national board) X-​Ray radiation health and safety examination, which must be taken in order to legally take x-​rays in Connecticut. in addition, you will be required to externe at participating dental offices in the area for additional hands-​on experience.

We have won numerous awards the latest being inducted into the 2014 Derby business Hall of Fame. We specialize in smaller more intimate class setting. Where our number one priority is to properly prepare students for the upcoming career in the dental industry. We provide hands on training as well as preparation for the D.A.N.B. X-​Ray radiation health and safety examination, which must be taken in order to legally take X-​raysome in Connecticut. We give you the tools to build your own future in the dental industry as a well taught Dental Assistant.
