Awesome no BS experience. Wanted a Zuma 125 scooter. Called on phone. They ordered the color I wanted no problem while I was on the line. Picked up a week later. Delivery took 30 min with financing included. Rode home happy. Grand total of 40 min invested. Couldn’t be happier. Wish buying everything was this easy. See Matt. He’s the man.

They cannot even change 2 tires in a day. They got my bike and tires at 10 am on Tuesday and at 5:30 Tuesday evening they called and said the rear tire was a bear and we can’t finish it today. What is working there trained monkeys? It should take no more than 2.5 hours.

I came dangerously close to buying a bike from this place. The sales staff lied about items that were traded in with the bike I was interested in, and neglected to mention a serious safety concern with the bike. When I noticed the ½″ chunk missing out of the secondary drive belt, I was told this was «normal» and would be found «on any bike outside a bar». When one buys a motorcycle from a dealership, they generally expect it it to be in better condition than a bike parked outside of a dive bar. This place preys on uninformed consumers, and people who can’t get financing from somewhere better. Steer clear of these clowns.

Very rude, unhelpful and condescending. You may want to take into consideration that not every customer is as knowledgible about your business and what you sell as you are. Good way to NOT grow your business.
