We needed a new battery for our minivan. I had researched them on Consumer Reports to find the model I wanted, and Motor-​Sport was one of the shops that was local that carried it. I called to confirm that they had my model in stock, and helped me determine the exact version my van needed on the phone. They took us the same day and had the job done in under one hour. As a added plus, my three young girls enjoyed playing with the shop dog Shih Tzu, Lilly, while we waited. Everyone we dealt with was honest and fair. We will be using them again.

Someone broke into my car by smashing the rear vent window. This part costs $ 350. I called Motosport at 9 am to see if I could get it replaced that day. They found the part in a junk yard for $ 100 and replaced my broken window the same day at 1230! They saved me $ 300 and solved my problem in less than 4 hours. So glad I didn’t have to go to work with a trash bag duct taped to my window.

Used to bring my Dodge there, they replaced everything under the hood before they diagnosed the real problem, a blown head gasket. Wish they had been upfront with me to begin with. Later, after they charged me over $ 130 to replace a battery I stopped going there and have found more honest auto mechanics. I am a single female and the unfortunate reality is I have been taken advantage of many times. I have learned to do a lot of maintenance myself.
