Coldwell Banker was founded in 1906 when Colbert Coldwell, a young real estate Sales Associate, observed families trying to piece their lives together following the disastrous San Francisco earthquake.

Disapproving of Sales Associates who acquired property from vulnerable sellers and then resold it at huge profits, and seeing a need for honest, knowledgeable real estate professionals, he formed his own company.

The new company was based on a revolutionary philosophy: the client’s best interest above all. In 1914, Benjamin Arthur Banker, another real estate professional, joined Colbert Coldwell as a full partner. Together, Coldwell and Banker forged a tradition of integrity, exceptional service and customer satisfaction that became the company’s hallmark. Paul joined Coldwell Banker after a successful 30-​year career in the Property & Casualty insurance Industry providing business process management solutions to his insurance company clients. His business acumen and extensive industry experience helped him in: managing high value accounts, identifying new opportunities, and managing client expectations. Paul completely embraced the traditional customer philosophy, but NEVER as the «Salesmen», always as a business partner and client advocate.

Over his long career, Paul worked closely with his customers to understand their unique requirements in order to identify solutions that met their needs. Paul brings that same expertise to his real estate career and to his clients. In addition to his own personal real estate experiences, and being on the selling and buying side of the table, he knows how you would want to be treated through the entire real estate transaction.
