Great food, great service smoothies and tea are great and the staff are very nice. The opens mics are fun and not to be missed. I love the coffee I think it’s better then dunkins

Great local alternative to Dunks. The latte’s are great, and the comfy atmosphere beats anything else around.

Never been here before, and felt right at home. Great food, amazing coffee, and I will definitely be back. They seem to have something for everyone, and at a reasonable price. Even if you don’t drink coffee, this place has smoothies or tea. This place is seriously a hidden gem.

I love the Coffee Factory! They offer a wide array of flavored lattes as well as classic coffee and espresso beverages. I haven’t been disappointed with any of their coffee yet. They offer seasonal drinks every month or so, which keeps things exciting. One recommendation I have for those without a sweet tooth is to steer away from more than one flavor shot — they can be quite strong in flavor, unless it’s the right combination. If you’re looking for a bite to eat, their breakfast sandwiches and pastries are quite delicious as well. I recommend their croissants and asiago bagels. Everything tastes like it’s fresh(or maybe a day old, but still fresh). The only thing of note is that their eggs come in patties, which isn’t the most appealing but tastes fine enough on a sandwich. I do wish they changed their menu up on occasion. There are rare instances where they’ll have a new pastry here or there, but their sandwiches remain the same. Finally, the atmosphere in the Coffee Factory is what you would want in a coffee shop. They have comfortable armchairs and couches as well as regular bistro tables. There’s always plenty of seating for everyone so that you can spread out and have some quiet time to relax and drink coffee, read, do some work, etc. The staff have good taste in music too. The staff are friendly and make the effort to learn your«regular» order when you come in regularly. They seem to support one another really well so that the customer has a positive experience, even if someone is training or the line is backed up. I recommend The Coffee Factory to anyone who enjoys coffee and a relaxed environment.

This place was great! I had a coffee, apple cider, and a turkey panini, which were all excellent. Service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere was excellent. Planning on going back when I have some things to work on.

I’ve been there twice now. The first time I took my girlfriend and we had two lattes and a couple breakfast sandwiches. The lattes weren’t bad but the sandwiches were awful. I’m not very picky and will usually finish whatever food I get if I’m hungry but I couldn’t finish this sandwich at all. It was a gross, fake looking egg patty similar to one you would get at dunks, except more bland. The cheese on it tasted even worse. The second time I went in there I got a fruit smoothie and obviously opted not to go for any food. The smoothie was very good. Both times the service left a lot to be desired. The atmosphere isn’t bad, even if it seems like the steampunk + small coffee house décor didn’t really seem to go together. I would feel better giving it 2.5 stars rather than 2 or 3, but that unfortunately isn’t an option.

Stopped in this afternoon for a cup of coffee and was greeted by a very grumpy owner(the wife). She was very annoyed to have to help me. I will go to a friendly coffee shop next time!

Maybe it was the holidays, but service is better and much more friendly. Their homemade food can’t be beat for a quick meal. They now have frequent coffee cards, and their coffee is wonderful. I’ve called and«reserved» food before. They are always pleasant, they know who I am, and I would say this is definitely my favorite place to enjoy a cappuccino(and the rest of the wonderful homemade food)!

Fresh brewed coffee, great music, if I could work from here everyday I would! Food is great, the muffin tops go quick on the weekends though! My go-to me-time spot to relax.

So happy to have found a cozy coffee shop. I was very pleased with my almond mocha and there is plenty of space to sit and hang out. I could sit here for hours.

Local coffee shops are hard to find in this day in age with the proliferation of Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. The coffee Factory has been a site for a weary caffine addict in search of an office away from home. The staff here has been incredibly friendly every time I have been(typically once or twice a week). There is always local artists on display and fun music playing. It really has a cozy atmosphere with big leather couches and chairs. For the quick stop ins there are the hard wood tables for anyone to pop in. They also roast their own coffee in the giant roaster in house… none of that burnt Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts crap. There are 1 star reviews for this place that seem vindictive at best. The staff have NEVER been rude in the slightest. Please if you want a cool place to do your home office work I really suggest here a it is quiet enough you can do a conference call and cozy enough that you are never uncomfortable. Also it is way better than any other options in the area.

Nice big place to bring a laptop and get a cup of coffee. Very mellow and relaxing. Tables or comfy couches and chairs, if you want one. Better than any Starbucks where you sit at a communal table or on someone’s lap. The coffee, food and smoothies are good. The staff isnt super friendly, but I have noticed they are very sweet to the regulars, so that’s a plus.

Expensive and rude service… Doubt I’ll come back. If you haven’t been here before I don’t recommend you bother trying it. You’re not missing anything!

This place is pretty good. I am bias however, because I love Beantowne in Hampstead. The Coffee Factory makes a good cup of coffee and decent panini’s. Its not as intimate and quiet as I like my coffee places. If I’m in the Derry area, this is a good option for a latte or quick bite to eat

What respectable coffee place doesn’t open until 7:30am? I’ve usually had two cups by then. I was excited to try this place but ended up at crappy Dunkins instead. I guess they cater to the leisure class and not the working class that need to be on the job by 7. So, yes, this review is based only on their hours plus another demerit for no drive through.

I started going here about a month ago and visit about every day. Coffee is great! Lots of Flavors and the staff is very friendly, always remembers my order. Relaxing atmosphere with comfy seating. Prices are a little expensive but totally worth it!!!

This is a great little coffee place in the Hood Commons plaza in Derry, located on the furthest end to the left. Food– I don’t drink coffee, but have enjoyed their delicious chais and fresh smoothies. The scones are awesome, I like the cranberry orange, and they offer bagels, cookies, muffins and other coffee house staples I’ve enjoyed. Prices-They are on par with most independently owned coffee shops and way less than any Starbucks. Service-The owner is friendly and remembers faces. He knew me though I hadn’t been in for about 6 months. They are happy to chat if it’s not busy. Atmosphere– It’s very cozy with plenty of seating at tables and on couches. There are local artists paintings and photos on the walls and scheduled music events during the week. There’s really nothing else like it in the food wasteland of Derry, but that doesn’t mean the owners have settled. They run a smart and quality business and I’m happy to see them reap the rewards.

Although getting coffee to go is usually what I do here, today I decided to sit down and enjoy my breakfast with my boyfriend. I had the pumpkin latte and the pumpkin roll, and my boyfriend had the chai with the pork meat pie(a little early for the meat pie but what can you do…) The coffee was great, food was delicious, and the service was even better!!!
