Brilliance by Design is an affordable alternative to counter-​top resurfacing, which is a process of repairing and restoring an existing counter-​top with a granite paint to extend its functional life, without replacement. The process involves the application of a very hard and durable acrylic coating of Giani Granite Paint to the existing counter-​top surface which gives your old counter-​top the look and feel of granite without the cost.
