Corrosive Screen Printing

Shoddy Work. Amateur. Unprofessional. Poor Communication. Took FOREVER. IGNORED for 6 months before repaid money owed. Had to do work for them. Got this kind of service when I spent several hundred dollars here for a CHARITY project. They claim to have been established since 2006, but they told me they hadnt been doing it long in 2010 when I paid for their services
I made a LARGE order for shirts for a fundraiser I put together to benefit the memory of a friend whom passed. I was charged less than a typical (reputable) online screen-​printing service but I later found out that I wasn’t charged proportionately, especially considering the amateur skill level and shoddy quality of work. I was charged much more than other local, more established, more professional agencies would have charged.
The problems started when they were hard to get a hold of and slow to respond. Then I had to do a lot of digital editing which they couldn’t figure out for themselves. They couldn’t figure out something as simple as up-​scaling the resolution of a very simple, two-​tone image. The project took MONTHS longer than it should have, with delay after delay and almost no communication.
The order was short multiple shirts and they initially ignored my requests for a refund on those items. They paid me 6 months later. I have a copy of the money order still. The work was low quality with several images transferred poorly or crooked /​placed wrong.
