Superb crew during the packing but dire customer service. We were promised a delivery date which has now been set back a WEEK without any assurance that it will even be delivered then and without asking whether the new alleged dates actually work for us… which they DON’T. The agent we’ve been assigned to is condescending. The only compensation for this debacle is $ 100 per day after the promised delivery. $ 100 in this town, will hardly get you a cardboard box to sleep in AND I have to «submit the claim to yet another company». What are the chances I’ll ever see that $$$? I agree with Mike! They’re expensive and the «service» over the phone from the office is diabolical.

John Stellmach, my driver and his crew from Lint Van Lines, a United Van Lines moving company in Des Moines vastly exceeded my expectations moving me from Iowa to Minnesota. They were thoughtful, careful, efficient and timely. They were also good conversationalists and great ambassadors for the business
