As a Real Estate professional with a career that spans over multiple states & 13 years. I would say that I am extremely choosy in my Settlement Services. My Partner has utilized Marine View Law & Escrow for transactions, and I took on the services as well. What amazes me about the Closing Agents for this firm, is their ability to accommodate my demanding needs as a Short Sale Negotiator. We work hand & hand in every transaction, every time we have mutual work. My Escrow Officers, never fail me. We all get busy in our work, especially in legal documents, loans & real estate transactions. But not one time, have I had a mistake in any documents I have requested for my files. My Escrow Officers are so amazing, when I have the ability to spoil them. I do!!! Their knowledge base & fortitude exudes throughout their work.
They have saved money for our clients when available, extend warranties to home purchases & once again– are AMAZING to work with!
