Six employees on the floor chit chatting while I sit in line and wait for the one person checking people out. The store is a mess and hardly presentable enough to shop through.

Worst customer service ever!!! Wasn’t greeted to or even acknowledged, even though I passed sever workers. They were just standing around chit chatting with each other. So rude! Will never return to this location.

The price display signs are very misleading (almost to the extent of deceptive advertising). Although I don’t intend to make any additional purchases, I would like to warn shoppers to pay attention to the fine print or it could be quite costly.

This is one of my favorite places to shop on a budget. I like to wear lots of suits and dress shirts, but generally live outside my means. H&M is a great place to keep my budget in mind. I usually get three piece suits for around 130 – 175, and as long as you take care of them, they will take care of you. I had one suit which was linen that had an issue with the quality, and they swapped it out for me no problem.
I love their no iron dress shirts too. They are around 15.00, and even come with some extra collar stays when your dryer decides to eat one of them. I have owned all of my H&M clothing for 2 or more years with no issues. I think the longevity of them depends on how often you wear them, and how nice your washer/​dryer is.
Give them a shot. Some of their stuff is a bit off the wall, but there is always a few good gems!
