Stopped last week for a car wash. I purchased the works wash and I had been doing. My car looked worse after my wash than it did before my wash. There was a terrible residue left all over my car. I went inside and let them know there was an issue with their wash. They gave me a free was to go through again since they would not refund my money. I told them it wouldn’t make any difference since there was a problem with their wash. I went through again with the same results. I once again asked for a refund as I had to go to another car wash to get my car washed. They told me they couldn’t do that. I asked to speak with a manager and was given a phone number to the station. I guess it is up to me to track someone down to get a refund for my car wash. Before you pay for a car wash make sure the cars are coming out clean!
