Fagan, Fagan & Davis was formed by Joseph M. Fagan, Alan T. Davis and Steven H. Fagan after several years of defending clients charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal, DUI and traffic matters in the Chicago area, including all of Cook county, DuPage county and Lake county. In one form or another, our firm has been at this location for over 30 years.

Steven F.
Business Owner
Steven H. Fagan is a partner at Fagan, Fagan & Davis, and has defended thousands of drunk driving and criminal cases in and around the greater Chicago area. He graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and earned his law degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1998. Before admission to the bar, Steve was given special permission to practice law under Illinois Supreme Court rule 711, and prosecuted for the village of Arlington Heights, Illinois. Steve is a proud member of the National College for DUI Defense, and enjoys a national recognition as a leader in DUI defense matters.
