Found a deep dent on the passenger door, wtf ! I tried to remember where or who would do that to my car, then I thought of the strong wind we had few days ago, probably blew someone’s door into my car. Came across this place during my search and read the reviews decided to take a chance. I wouldn’t give it 5 stars but 6 or 7! This place is awesome. They took me in without an appointment and did an outstanding job, I’m impressed with the work, couldn’t tell there was a dent (this was by the seam of the door and fender) if I get another parking lot dent, this would be the first place I’ll go to.

I ran over some ice and damaged the rocker panel on my Accord in my driveway. Filed a claim with my insurance company. No hassles, no worries. Eugene went out of his way to provide worry free service. The car is perfect! I highly recommend this shop AGAIN. Thank you Eugene!

The front fender on the passenger side of my 1-yr.-old Camry got somehow dented, and whoever did it left no calling card at the «crime scene». Having read the reviews, I went to Hi-​Tech and they delivered. In and out in 1.5 hours, as promised, for less than $ 200 (compare this to at least $ 500 — and quite likely more — if I were to go through a regular «Bondo» repair). Alex repeatedly warned me that the result would not come out perfect because of the depth of the dent and its proximity to the edge of the fender, but had he not told me about it, I would not have noticed. Great work!

Great service and very quick! The man working in the office helped us instantly and we were there only about 30 minutes. Comfy waiting room too! Made my bad day much better!

Had couple of dents on hood of my jeep, waited bout 20 minutes came out looking like new, Eugene really nice guy.

Put a small ding on the door of my one week old Wrangler. Brought it in to them and 45 minutes and 85 bucks later it was as good as new. Best 85 bucks I’ve ever spent. Hopefully I won’t need their services again, but would not hesitate to go back if needed.

I had a very pleasant experience with this shop. Owner was knowledgeable and gave a shot to try to fix a dent in the rear quarter panel of my car. I wanted to avoid repainting/​re-​coating and those guys made it possible with PDR. I’m very satisfied by their work, as well as ease of the process, such as loaner car. Reasonable price and quality.

Great experience from start to finish w/​this quality shop. Someone damaged my car and didn’t leave a note. I found Hi Tech and Eugene waited after his normal closing time so I could drop my car off. Fair and honest about his evaluation of how the damage could be repaired. Left the car Monday, picked it up today as he promised it would be ready. Alex called today to let me know and he was very nice also. Car looks great and I’m pleased. Hopefully won’t need to use a Hi Tech again anytime soon, but if I do, I would surely return! I used to go here about 8 years ago and they did a great job. I took my new car in due to a small ding and they look at it and quickly said they couldn’t fit it due to the area was it in unless they drilled a hole into my car to get to. I remember the other guy at the shop asking «can’t we get it with glue» and the older guy said nope.
Anyways I called someone else who came right to my house and removed the small ding with glue and suction cups and other tools and made it look 100% brand new.
He didn’t drill into my car or anything. He then explained to me that there actually isn’t metal behind where the ding was, so drilling a hole was absolutely not necessary at all and thank god I didn’t let them touch my car! I will never go back here. He said old-​school people like to drill holes but he said there are ways to get around drilling holes into someones new car if you actually take your time.

These guys suck. My wife brought in her 2008 Mazda Tribute SUV to have one very small dent removed. They got the dent out, but damaged the clearcoat in the process. There are spots where it looks like someone was pounding on it from the outside. They tried covering up the mistake by rubbing out the area with compound, which left deep swirl marks all over the door. Stay away from this place.

I drove through a bad hail storm in Indiana with golf-​ball size hail stones. My NEW car had huge dents all over it and even a cracked windshield. I brought my car to them (even though they OFFERED to pick it up from my place or where ever convenient!) and they brought my car back to the NEW condition that I purchased it as only a couple months before this damage.
Side note: Not only did they offer to pick up and drop car off, they even offered a car to use during the time they were repairing our car! Talk about ACCOMMODATING!

When I received hail damage on my pretty car I was devastated! My friend recommended this place. My car looks immaculate! I have white diamond as a color for my car and you can see the slightest imperfection. These guys did such an amazing job that you can’t see anything.
Service…was awesome! They were so nice to me. I had to drop off my car cause I had to get to work and they had on the spot car rentals.

Came here yesterday with my friend to fix our dents. The place I go to before closed down, so I was looking for new PDR places on Unilocal and came across here. I came here without an appointment and they took both of us without any issues, which is nice of them because most places will just give you a quote and tell you to come back another time if you show up without an appointment.
Anyway, when we got there, the manager walked out and saw both our cars and quoted us $ 120 each for both of our dents. My dent was small, but I knew it would cost a little more because it is right by the brace, where the metal meets metal, so it would be harder to fix. My friend told him $ 200 for both and he agreed right away. They took his car into the back and did a really good job on his dent. Took about 20 minutes to fix his dent and it was back to looking brand new. However, my car took about 35 minutes and the PDR tech came out to talk to the manager in their language. I noticed he made a hand gesture that meant «there is still a little bit» that he couldn’t fix. The manager told me to go back and take a look at my car saying everything is done.
Now here is the part that I am not satisfied about. I am not sure if this is suppose to be a shady business, but I surely got that impression after all that. I walked to the back and the dent is fixed about 95% and you can still see it just a little bit. I am fine if you tell me you can’t get it back 100%, but he gave me the impression that everything was good and perfect. He got into my car quickly and drove it to the lot, leaving me without much time to inspect it inside. I talked to the PDR tech who worked on my car and he was extremely nice. I don’t question his skills one bit because he had been doing it for years. He told me that’s the best he can do it because of the spot where the dent was located. After walking outside to look at the dent some more, I noticed it wasn’t perfect, but a good 95% fixed. Now, the place I go to before, if they cant fix it, you don’t pay for it, or you get a major discount. I paid the full $ 100 and didn’t bother complaining, but I don’t think I am going back here in the future.
