We used M&M limos for our wedding this past summer. Here are our thoughts:
Pros:
–Limos were beautiful. Looked brand new
–Punctual
–Friendly
–Negotiated rates
–Reliable
–Sent a limo instead of a town car to pick my husband up from the reception
Cons:
–The dropped our wedding guest at Quadrangle on the University of Chicago’s campus instead of the Quadrangle club, which led our guest to walk ½ block
–Limo driver followed my mom and I into the church and is forever immortalized in the pictures of us walking down the aisle.
–Limo driver was little overly friendly with bridal party
We really enjoyed the service provided by M&M limos. We recommend using them, but we put the cons just to give you the heads up.

I was a little disappointed that I had to book 4 hours when all we really needed was at the very most 2 hours. Because of this I ended up telling them that I wanted them there at 5 PM and that we would be ready to go around 5:30 because we were on a tight schedule and didn’t want to wait for them to get there. They told me this would be fine, but on the day I got a call saying that they had been there waiting and were unsure as to why no one had called to let them know we would be late. I do not know if maybe the office did not inform the driver of our request but we were obviously busy. In the end the driver got us to where we needed to go and the ride was very smooth. We only ended up using 2.5 hours out of the 4 we paid for. Also the condition of the party bus was very nice, there could have been a little bit better air conditioning though. And I was very happy to find a party bus that did not have a stripper pole on it since there were children with us.

I run a VIP Concierge service in the far western suburbs there are 5 or 6 limo companies with a mile or two of my house. Who is the the only one I call and recommend to all my clients and family? M and M out of Des Plaines! They always have the best rates never been disappointed with the cars or drivers they send. My customers expect the highest quality efficiency in customer service and get it every time with M and M. Be it a town car to go the airport, a stretch or a bus M and M knocks it out of the park every time! The one and only time I personally had a small issue one call to dispatch and it was resolved in a couple of minutes! Drivers have always been very knowledgeable of the entire Chicagoland area. Have been impressed multiple times on the drivers ability to get us out of crazy congested areas like Wrigley Field or Soldiers Field and get us rolling to our destination. Forget the rest call M and M sit back enjoy the ride! Be a VIP in a M and M limo!

Booked two buses for a wedding. One 52 passenger and one 36 passenger party bus. Buses were clean and well appointed. I rated them three stars because:
1. Drivers lack of knowledge for directions (didn’t know Chicago very well, never planned his route given we furnished locations at the time of booking). Wedding party actually had to direct the driver how to get to photo location and our venue avoiding problematic areas where traffic was an issue.
2. Both drivers had terrible attitudes
3. Mandatory 20% gratuity charged at booking. I think this is the reason drivers don’t care. They get paid whether you like it or not
4. Extra charges like gas surcharges, gratuity (20% vs 15/​18% on $ 1000’s is significant and not stated on the initial hourly rate, a bit misleading.
5. Tardiness blamed on traffic, again poor planning knowing that our wedding weekend was during air and water and our event was close to cub vs sox game.

Used this company for a over the road trip with the teenage dance team. Our driver Henery was GREAT! He drove us from Illinois to Alabama Roundtrip. Making stops when needed. He showed lots of patients never rushed us very honest, understanding, and easy to communicate with. The Limo van was spacious and comfortable. The temperature was comfortable from state to state. Our Television didn’t work but the radio did it even had a auxiliary cord slot all lights and windows worked. It was nice to travel safely in style. Thanks!!!

We used M&M Limo for our wedding day and they were great. The SUV my husband and I used to go around for pictures was clean and well-​maintained and the driver was super nice, even making sure to assist me and my giant wedding dress in and out of the car. He showed up on time and knew his way around the city, which isn’t always a given.
We also used one of their 52 passenger buses as a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding and and back and it worked out perfectly. Once again, the bus was in great condition and the driver was prompt and knowledgable. Our guests thought we had splurged because the interior of the bus was so nice but, nope! The price was incredibly affordable when compared to others.
10⁄10 — would recommend and use again.

I made this reservation for company travel, as I hate to drive to and park at the airport and incur all of those costs and potential damage to my car. It’s also oh-​so-​convenient to be picked up in a Cadillac, have my bags handled, and be able to use their free WI FI and the iPad (how great is that??) on the way to O’Hare. The driver was on time, pleasant and the ride went smoothly, and I will definitely be putting them at the top of my list for corporate travel. Thanks, M&M!

Used their one way limo service to ohare for a recent vacation. I made the reservation over the phone with no problems and was invoiced as initially quoted for the fare/​taxes/​gratuity. I received a couple emails and a confirmation phone call the day before. Driver then arrived to my house on time (445AM) and was courteous and professional. Once we got to the airport, driver took out our luggage from the trunk and we voluntarily gave him an additional cash tip because it was the crack of dawn, but it’s not necessary since gratuity was already prepaid.

We used this service to go to the United Center in Chicago for the Katy Perry concert. We booked a 11 seater and got a 14 seater bus going and a 14 seater stretch limo on the return. My kids were super excited seeing the limo. The drivers were very friendly and polite. Price was very reasonable too. Got a really good deal even though we booked it last minute. When I called to book the limo I spoke to several different ladies who helped me and I must say all of them were really nice to talk to. Would recommend.

I’ve been in the back seat of many limousines in the past few years here in Chicago for various reasons ranging from business to pleasure and none have been as accommodating and pleasant as M&M. I’ve always been able to count on my car being ready when I am waiting just outside the door. The cars are always clean as could be and the drivers courteous and mindful of your tastes and needs. I wouldn’t use anybody else. From fair prices to superior service, I know I will always be able to count on M&M to deliver.

I used this company for a Thursday night the next day and again on Saturday. Friday night the bus was clean warm and on time. Saturday was for a wedding party and the bus was ½ LATE then they charged us for the additional ½ hour. Saturday we ordered a bus for 33 people, they sent a bus that they said was for 36. We had to send 6 people away, the bus was dirty it was FREEZING and it was to small .
I would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, I was embarrassed and uncomfortable.
The drivers were all very nice but the office staff was argumentative and rude!

Our neighbor actually works for M&M. We had hoped to get him as our driver for our wedding! We set up two 3 hour pickup /​drop off sessions for our guests that were staying at the hotel. The first one would get them from the hotel to the ceremony and then to the reception. The second one would get them from the reception back to the hotel.
We ended up with two different drivers who were friendly and didn’t question our insanity! The combined pricing for a 22 person bus included tax and tip which was nice so we didn’t have to worry about anything through the night. I know our friends tipped both drivers though due to rain early in the day and safe travels later in the night. I’m glad we found a package that would accommodate our event!

On our way back from event, we asked the driver if it would be an issue to do a quick stop for a bathroom break, which he didn’t have an issue with. We were stopped for approx 3 – 5 minutes. Once we arrived to our location he stated he was charging us, and I quote 55 — 65 dollars!!! He didn’t know what he «wanted» to charge us but felt like he’d throw some numbers out there.
Wouldn’t you think a driver would tell the group ahead of time that charge???
We will NEVER use M&M again, nor should you!!!

I was in a bind to get a limo one day in advance. My friend had told me about the limo service she had used and recommended it. So I called M&M and I booked an executive van for a party of 10 at $ 105!!! You have to give them credit card info to book a ride.
I had no clue what it looked like but when I went online I was horrified that it was an untainted gray creep van!!! There was also a black one with tinted windows but I didn’t think that would be it. Well, it was! Surprise! I was so excited.
The driver Oscar was amazing! He exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make our drive from the suburbs to the city a very pleasant fun one. Thanks Oscar!
