They do good work, are trustworthy, and reasonably priced — used them for years — my whole family used to… Why one star? Because never again.
Good luck interacting with the owner… He’s, to put it nicely, difficult. And, good luck getting them to honor your appointments. I’ve had two appointments in the past two weeks; One he canceled with me standing in front of him with my car (after I drove an hour to get there and showed up early). The other when I called in today to make sure my upcoming appointment was still good.
I sure don’t like getting yelled at for wanting my service providers to honor their commitments. Plus, He made it clear I wasn’t a priority because I hadn’t been there in a few years.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. My family has been taking my cars here since I can remember and they always do a great and speedy job. The costs are very reasonable and you know the owner is an honest guy that wont fix anything unless it needs it.

Not sure what is wrong with the last reviewer, but my family has been using M & T Automotive for as long as I can remember. Tony (runs the shop) may not be the most talkative guy, might even seem a bit gruff, but he is as honest as they come and his guys do great work. You want a neighborhood shop you can trust? Go to M & T. If you want some guy that will smile at you and tell you how great they are as they steal your money doing unnecessary work, go to a flashier shop or use a dealership. Great service doesn’t always involve a guy smiling and laughing with your every statement.
