I work in the area and have ordered many a delivery dinner from Mugs when stuck at the office. Everything has been awesome from pizza to sandwiches to burgers to pasta dinners. The food also shows up hot, most of the time so hot that you have to let it cool before you can eat it. Quite a moral booster to get a piping hot dinner delivered to you when you are on your 14th hour of work.

I’ve been eating here for as long as I can remember. The pizza with sausage and onions and the cheesy potatoes are the perfect 2am meal. The service is irrelevant, but I’ve absolutely never found them rude. This is not the place to eat if you have food restrictions. I’m lactose intolerant and I have to take two handfuls of pills before eating a single bite. It’s worth it every time. Mugs is a cherished tradition in my house, the current rating is completely ridiculous to me.

Great service. We used to order pizza all the time but this place is really home of a good rib dinner. I am typically not a fan of ribs but I can make an exception.

This place used to be good now it sucks, it took an hour and a half to get my food. Sorry delivery boy epic fail, and your tip will reflect that.

This is the best mugs. Period. I love this location. Never any mistakes on orders and the orders always arrive in a timely manner. The two or three times they’ve made a mistake they’ve either brought me the right thing right away or credited my account there. I’ve used them to cater as well! Awesome food! Great prices. Can’t beat them.

Ordered delivery from mugs many times before and have never felt as unsatisfied as I was tonight. I ordered a 10 inch gluten free pizza, a large side of Cole slaw and a side salad. My pizza crust was so burnt it wasn’t even edible, the Cole slaw seemed like it had been sitting for who knows how long, the side salad had rotten lettuce and the cucumbers were so rotten they fell apart when I tried to mix dressing in. I called them to explain what had happened with my food and they rudely told me there is nothing they could do for me until their owner came in and they were not sure when that would be. I highly suggest cooking a frozen pizza and making your own salad at home before you even think of ordering from here.

What a NASTY restaurant. The pizza is full of grease to a point my fingers felt like I dipped them in oil. The ribs sauce is WAY too sweet like I was eating candy flavored ribs. The fried chicken was under cooked and greasy with seasoning that tasted like they got it from a garbage can. I wonder how many friends, family members, and co workers they asked to give them good reviews because their food is terrible. On Cor barbecue rib dinner taste better than their ribs and is a lot cheaper.

Great food, fast service, and reasonable prices. Their deep dish pizzas taste great though it takes 45 mins, just under $ 20. I have been recommended by this place from a couple worker and have been a faithful customer since.

This place is pretty dang good. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza for pickup and it was ready for us when we got there. Pizza was pretty good. I would definitely go there again.

Well hello there… Had a taste for a fill up and Mugs was kind of the only place around open after hours. I had pizza, buffalo chicken???, & the package shrimp basket??? Everything went down, but overall I’ll stick with their after hour pizzas only …

Pizza is very good. Wings, chicken and au gratin potatoes are delicious. Salads are ok, dressing is not homemade. They record your orders without telling you and play them back to you if you claim your order is incorrect. I wonder if the recording includes your credit card number as well. Very condescending and defensive way of doing business especially if you are a regular customer. I am not an attorney but I wonder if this practice may be illegal. Drivers are always very friendly. 3 stars food, 1 star for ways of doing business.

Love me some mugs. The pizza is pretty on point. I typically get the mugs monster with sausage, bacon, roast beef, meatballs and pepperoni. It comes with extra cheese. Gluttony at its best! Their fried chicken is great and the rib tips are pretty awesome too. Get some!

After waiting 45 mins for an order I placed through their«online ordering system” – I get a call from the 800-number saying that things were«crossed in communications» and I would not be receiving the order that was already charged to my credit card. Nice to know this once Mt Prospect staple of awesome late night food is turning into another corporate hoopty-hoop of garbage service. The guys who own and work the place are not at fault — its the corporate weasels behind the false online advertising. Otherwise the food at this place rocks! How can anyone not love Mugs? —To the DMs — be careful who you trust… this type of crap will burn clients fast. — For the record everything aside this online ordering experience, they’ve been nothing but the best. My advice — call — forget the online grub-hub garbage,

My friend would point this place out every time we drove by so I thought I’d give it a shot. It’s pretty good pizza, I’d recommend green pepper topping instead of Jalapeño’s(that’s a first for me!). I don’t know what it was, but the green peppers tasted really good on their pizza. And their XL pizza can feed 4 easily maybe even 5. It also can be a late night grab since they are open till 3:00AM. I would definitely return!

I work night shift 11 — 7 in Morton grove and it was nice that they have 4 locations and don’t stop delivering until 230 am. Found my go-to spot. I’ve only had the burgers and wings and they are delicious and well made. Only issue is sometimes when I order past midnight it takes about an hour to get to me.

Pizza remains really good — never had a problem in terms of taste, presentation, and quality. Rating would be at 3.5 stars… the pizza would of upgraded the rating, but was held back a bit with new items I tried: Ribs — tasted good, seems heavy on the sauce, meat is easy to rip off the bone Fried chicken — it seems to be well cooked, cut pieces are well executed, but the taste is a bit lacking, like it needs more spices. Its sub-par to my current favorites: Melba’s in NYC, and Chicken Inn in Chicago. Oh yeah, Mug Root Beer at Mugs? Heh, wow… its a nice treat. albeit being a slightly sweeter type of root beer.

I placed a carry-out order on a Thursday night; I was told that the wait would be 25 minutes(no big deal), so I sent my husband to pick-up the grub after work. It was done on time! Yay! Note: carry-out and delivery only. We ordered a variety of foods since we hadn’t tried Mugs yet. 4.5÷5 for the Mugs Veggie pizza. We ordered a small size and the pie could have easily fed three; definitely a bang for your buck there. The crust was cooked perfectly(imo), as the cheese was bubbly brown. The toppings didn’t slide off of the pizza either. Overall, the pizza is the best I’ve tasted since moving here 6 months ago. 3⁄5 for the Italian beef sandwich(Mugs’ version is a little bland), breadsticks(they’re kind of pita bread like) cheese bread and onion rings. 2⁄5 for the breaded mushrooms; they are big breaded mushrooms and you get a bag full, just seems unlikely they’re homemade. 5⁄5 on the cheese sauce. The ranch dressing that accompanies the mushrooms was a little too tangy for me. I smelled and tasted a lot of vinegar which was too overpowering. We’d return here for the pizza in a heartbeat. Other items we tried were pretty mediocre. Mugs caters, so this may be a place hubs and I consider if we have to feed a lot of people. We got all of the food mentioned above for around $ 30 and we had tons of leftovers. Not too shabby.
