Do not use these guys. The worst service. They cancelled 2 appointments the day of the appointments and now won’t return calls or emails.
I already purchased the service and doubt I will get my money back.

Great experience with JP today. He was thorough and explained everything really well.
He had the parts I needed in his truck so I got a new thermostat and all the old parts replaced at same time he did the cleaning. Highly recommend SAI for Heating and Cooling.

I purchased a Groupon for an A/​C tune-​up for myself and my upstairs tenant. I called for an appointment on Monday and the tech showed up first thing Wednesday morning to perform the service. The tech was pleasant, professional and efficient. I would recommend SAI H&C, and plan to use them again for our fall furnace tune-​up.

Bought a groupon based on the reviews. they never showed up, or responded to my inquiries. stay far far away. unprofessional. if you are looking for a reliable and professional company to handle your hvac needs keep looking. you have to email them in order to make an appt, and if you usually get a call letting you know the tech is on the way. doubt that’s happening! lol what a joke

Excellent service, good communication, good price. I had a furnace installed and later had tune-​ups done on my systems and was very pleased both times. Would gladly use again. The work was done exactly as described and in a timely manner. The furnace job was completed in a single day which was awesome.

Great service. Last year they helped us with our A/​C really quickly and easily. This year they worked through our furnace issues systematically and were willing to come out multiple times to make sure we were all set.
We’ll be calling again whenever we have issues or upgrades.

Jp and his guys are great and I highly recommend this company. Look at my reviews I am tough so I am awe of this company. My furnace broke just as the seasons were changing. I did my research and had 3 quotes for a new system. On Sunday a Groupon for Sai was sent well it seemed too good to be true. The all included offer was half the price being offered by others for comparable units. I asked Sai to come out ASAP due to the cold temperature outside and inside. Jp came out on a Sunday with 4 guys and made quick work of the job. The guys were quick, clean and very courteous. Hope your experience is as positive as mine!

I did not use them, so I have no idea how good their work is. I was really dissapointed by my dealing with them. I bought a voucher in
for «Complete Furnace and Duct Cleaning for Up to 12 Vents». When they came to my house to perform the work, they told me the voucher did not cover a complete cleaning and I had to pay $ 90 more to have the work done. I asked them to do exactly what the voucher said and they told me that they did not did the job included in the voucher alone. Supposedly dealfind will return my money, and I would recommend other potential clients to be careful if dealing with these guys.

greats service ever. i had my house flooded over 50 inches of water in my basement the furnace was under the water i was about to put a new one i called SAI heating & cooling they show up within couple hours they checked my furnace right and there they did find what was the problem .
the had run for a day to keep the house cool and it was so hot day was over 100 degree and humid by next day the fixed it and they check the heat as well to make sure we wont have any problem in the winter i give SAI AAA++++ for all the service good job and keep it up your low prices
