History

Established in 1984.

VNA Healthtrends is a product of a merger of two high performing home health agencies in 2009. Both agencies brought home health and private duty experience to create the most comprehensive agency.

Since our merge, we have grown and become an agency known for ethics, quality outcomes, responsible partnership, and growth. We pride ourselves in servicing as many patients as we can despite complex diagnoses, payor, mixes, and challenging geographic areas. We strive to provide high technology to accomplish our goals while retaining personal touch with our patients.

Our continued growth has allowed us to provide even more patients with a quality service and innovation to achieve their maximum potential at home.
