Namaste :-) Just left there, and sitting here eating my hot fries :-) Yes, more than speed, hot, fresh food should BE the standard operating procedure :-) The restroom was spotless, and the employees professional and polite :-) Work ethic is alive and well in the«D» ;-)

Atmosphere: They have a security wall with two holes for taking and picking up orders. Think drive through but inside. Service: The staff has no issue yelling at patrons. They generally have no idea what is going on. And simply don’t care. I have never had worst service, even at the post office.

This place is ridiculous. Have gone there around 7 am during the week. What I believe to be staff cars in the lot, the open sign lit up but no response at the drive thru. The lobby isn’t open at that time. I went Friday and after no response at drive thru I drove to the window. Young woman in there with back to window checking her phone. After 4 blows of my horn she never budged. She finally turned around and waved her hand off as if they’re closed. The open sign was on. Seriously!!! This location is an absolute joke!

I downloaded the Unilocal app and created an account just so that I could leave this review. This is the worst fast food restaurant ever to exist. I got in the drive-thru line with 2 cars ahead of me. It took 30 minutes to get to the microphone to make my order. Then, they took another 10 to finally speak. Once they did, I began to give them my order and they said«hold on» and took another 10 minutes before they came back. The woman I spoke to had to not understand English because I had never spoken to a less intelligent person in my life. After I placed my order I pulled forward to find that the 2 cars in front of me were still waiting to pay. Once I finally got to the front another 20 minutes later, they gave me my order. I opened it in my car to make sure it was right, only to find that the order was completely wrong. I gave it back and they took another 15 minutes to bring me a new one. I’m a pretty passive person, so I couldn’t tell them off to their faces, so I decided to write this review instead. Oh, and before you say they were probably understaffed, I counted 6 different employees practically doing nothing while I was waiting at the window.

It’s not as horrible as it used to be. The staff has been somewhat pleasant and professional the last 3 times I’ve visited. The wait time hasn’t been gargantuan like it used to be, either. And I haven’t even seen anything happen that would require the police here lately. In the years I’ve spent avoiding this worst of all BKs, it’s actually improved a bit. But it’s still not good. It takes better than just not horrible to dispel years of bad memories.

can you say NOWAY cause this place is the only place that has a drivethrough window where people jump out of to fight. Yes I Was There When It Happened and to be honest, I won’t be going back again. I live in the close area and this is one fastfood place that’s never busy. their level of service is a Dis Service sadly.

Ghetto burger king, one of the worst ever! My first time here five years ago the police came in and arrested the guy taking my order. They are dirty, gross, and the staff are unhelpful. They often randomly close early(like at 8 or 9) after the manager leaves and then you’re sitting in the drive thru waiting to be acknowledged and no one answers…
