Well higher standard appliance repair still has NOT brought me my parts to the gas line THEY broke. It’s been over a week… and no return phone calls!!! Please don’t call this company!!! They don’t deserve 1 star!!!

Worst service ever! Waited week after week for them to fix our washing machine through the dte appliance program. Each time they needed to order a part which took tremendously kind. Only for them to install a faulty motor in the end. NEVER use this company!!!

Grosse Pointe, MI
I believe they are now based in Harrison Twp, but they give prompt service to the Grosse Pointes. Our GE microwave was fried by power fluctuations during a thunderstorm. Higher Standards found and replaced a burned out thermostat for $ 86.50, which involved taking the microwave off the wall, largely disassembling it and then tracing the problem. I give them very good marks for coming promptly and doing an excellent job for a reasonable price. The tech also advised me to put a surge suppressor on the microwave, which I plan to do!
