Hollywood Coney Island

Great customer service. Great taste on most things. However some things have a very weird taste like the grits.

Since I work not to far from here, the girls in the office and I order from here from time to time. Today we were all starving, and since none of us brought any food in to work, I decided to trek down here to grab food for us.
The food itself is actually pretty good. The place looks like it must have been an old fast joint at some point, and even has a drive thru. Parking’s a little tight, but seems to be fine.
The lobby is big, but the counters behind bullet proof glass with a turn wheel to get your food. When you work in the hood, this is the price you pay. Service was fine, and they do accept charge cards. Prices here are rock bottom low, and you can a ton of food for a small amount of money. I usually get the Hollywood special, which is a coney dog with hamburger on it with cheese & onions. Total bill for 3 lunches? $ 10.39!

I swear I’m here almost every day lol. The chicken greek salads are excellent. I never have to wait more than 10 mins for my food.

Unilocalers, let me be the first to admit I do not frequent Hollywood Coney Island nearly as much as I should. I first discovered it when I was 18, after a night of clubbing. I fell in love with the Fish Sandwich Combo, and have been going back ever since. Though I do not go out as much as I used to, Hollywood Coney Island stands out to me as one of the best.
It is rare that I call ahead my order, considering the service is always rather quick. I walked there today, and my food was ready before I could rest my feet! Even on a crowded evening, I have never waited more than ten minutes for my food. Additionally, everything they make is fresh and tasty. I had the Greek Salad today, and it had some of the crispest lettuce and freshest beets I’ve ever had on a salad. Their burgers are always cooked to order, and their omlettes are HUGE. Though they are a bit more expensive than other coney islands, they are well worth it.
Now, though this us a carryout establishment, they do have tables available for dining in the restaurant. The parking lot is small (only space enough for about six cars), so if you plan on driving there, be prepared to park on the street. They do, however, have a drive-​thru available, though it is also low on space. If you want good food cheap and fast, Hollywood Coney Island is the place for it.

This is one fast place, Im mean the service is quick 99% of the time when I call in my order it’s ready when I get there even if i’m a few blocks away. And that’s why I’m a Fan
