Visible components will be inspected, including: structure and foundation, electrical system, plumbing system, roof and attic, basement/crawl space, gutters, walls, floors, & ceilings, doors and windows, porch and deck, furnace, A/C, water heater, and appliances.
At the end of the inspection, the inspector will review the report with you thoroughly and answer any questions you may have. Each client is e-mailed a copy of their report, including pictures and repair recommendations.
Radon testing is also available full-time, whether you want to include it in your inspection or have it tested separately.
Well & Septic Inspections are also available, as well as Water Testing.
