Manager

Hello my name is Miguel Fuentes and I’m the Operations Manager for the company. I over see all functions and Operations with all of our Termite Inspectors. I train and Re-​train my staff and Field personnel myself to make sure they stay up to date with the current laws and make sure staff is following all guidelines. I Started in 1990 in the termite business as a crew wood repair person and have grown over the years to becoming licensed by the state of California. I have a clear Operators License with the State of California, and am a person that can be counted on, and that’s how I like to run our company.

After 6 months I had to call them because the termites appear in one of the bedrooms… Now they are back again but with a vengeance all around the house and its been about a year and half. I called them and all their lines are disconnected, checked the DCA gov website and it showed their license status as «revoked». Now we are stuck with this issue. :(

Worse nightmare ever! ! For those who have bought a house know how stressful it can be this company made it worse. They delayed my escrow because they would not perform work to be done for clearance report. When they did go out to do the work after we asked them not to it was incomplete! ! Avoid for dear life! !
I am a real estate broker and have never come across this type of business in all my years.

This company is a complete scam DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! they do not show up! both telephone numbers listed nobody answers and you are unable to leave a message because the mail box is full. I did not pick this company it was picked through our seller and they have send countless emails to schedule my work it was been 2 months and nobody contacts me. I went online to see if there was another number and came across all these reviews. I have just contacted the seller and asked for a refund on my part of the already paid unfinished work.

Do I even have to rate them a 1? You should definitely not get inspected here. They won’t show up (after our seller paid over $ 6,000) for several appointments (I’m talking 4+) won’t answer calls, and also — they don’t warrant their work. Don’t be fooled «100% satisfaction» must be «100% satisfaction until we leave your house, then 0% satisfaction there after.» I’m not sure if their license is good, but I know their customer service is not good. They wouldn’t even respond to the BBB! Good Job Foxx, way to take care of us… this company is a legit joke. Had Terminex come out, they missed 13 spots that are clearly visible and need to be fixed. Obviously Foxx doesn’t know what they are doing, and they WILL NOT give you the money back, OR show up to warrant their work.

What everyone else says is true. A total disaster of a company. We didn’t choose them, the seller did, probably because they claimed to be cheap. They cleared the property for sale, and 2 months later there are tons of termites everywhere. Another company suggested tenting is necessary, something that this company told us didn’t have to be done. Clearly they were wrong. We’ve tried to reschedule but they don’t answer the phone and you can’t leave a message. We finally got ahold of them and schedule and appointment, but they never showed up. We’ve started a the complaint process with the state, but doesn’t look like it will do much good. Avoid them, and refuse to accept them if the other party in your transaction picks them.

They have a suspended license! They are not to conduct business anymore and yet are still conducting business?! They did a home inspection on our home and completely missed the infestation in the attic! So I looked them up and they are not licensed anymore! This is fraud! Run, don’t walk from this company! Hire Dynamic Pest Control for a REAL pest control company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Referred to me by a local real estate agent. I called to set up inspection for termite. No one showed up. I called again and they couldn’t find the order. The first rep (Jennifer?) promised to call me back within 5 minutes to let me know what had happened to my order but she never did. Another call and the second rep set me up with another appointment, I specifically asked her at least twice to send me a confirmation of the appointment, she acknowledged and promised, guess what? She never did. Then I found out about these horrible review of this company. I cancelled my order. A few days later, the agent called me to tell me that they came out to inspect and sent her the report with the estimation to repair. HUH??? I can’t imagine how this people doing their business. It’s a total crap! UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORGANIZED! They don’t even deserve 1 star rating.

Foxx Continues to Perform. I am meeting them out at this property again tomorrow at 9am. This is for a home that closed Escrow in November about 3 months ago. They are fixing eves that were hidden from them and really are not their responsibility. They are professional and doing what they can to make us happy… No other Termite Company has ever gone out of their way so much…

Do not use this company as they don’t do the work. I still termites inside my house and called to have them back out and they missed two appointments. Also they lost their pest license as of August 2013. I talked to Chris yesterday to confirm again that one of their techs will be at my house no later than 9am. I called all the #s I have for them and everything goes to a voicemail. It’s 10:30am as I’m typing this and still no one has shown up. Also, yesterday, they tried to say they were at my house finishing up the inspection when in fact they weren’t– my sister was there all day. Foxx termite, expect a lawsuit for the damage done to my house. How do you give negative stars?!

Worst termite company in the entire world. Listen to everyone’s reviews. I am a licensed sales person and they came to do my listing’s termite inspections. Found some dryrot and came to fix it. When they came to fix it — they also ruined a section of the roof. Took me a long 2 weeks to even try and get ahold of them. CHRIS ANGEL IS THE WORST PERSON IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD. When he says he’s going to call you back, no he doesn’t. When he says he’s going to fix the damages he made, no he doesnt. Now I have to find a proper professional roof repair guy to get the job done before closing.
DON’T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS.

If you come to Unilocal and read these reviews, and still decide to give Foxx your business, then you deserve every bit of the painful process you will receive.
Unfortunately, I did not choose Foxx, the listing agent did. Long story short, and similar to many others, the work was not performed, they didn’t return calls, everyone had an excuse for everything, they showed up to my property twice (that I know of) unscheduled and unannounced and were nothing but useless. It’s been such an awful ordeal I have declined to let them finish the little work they started and after all the lies and story telling don’t even think I can trust the report they provided on what needs to be done.
Zero stars is truly the rating they deserve.

This company is a complete scam. They don’t do the treatment properly, nor do they inspect the property before hand to actually tell you what work needs to be done. When they NO SHOW’ed, their excuse was that they «forgot» they had set up an appointment, which I had to take off work to meet them for.

I had requested work to be done on a home that was just about to close and had called up this company for fumigation services. They sent someone out to fill-​out the paperwork and receive a deposit check. When we asked for copies of the work order, we had been promised that a copy would be sent via email. Never received.
Without a work order and an understanding of the work to be done, we went ahead and cancelled the service and requested a refund. This was done around the beginning of March 2013. It is now May 2013 and still no refund has been received.
This has been my experience and if you choose to use this company, that is your choice. Will I use them ever again?
Resoundingly and confidently, no.

I’m a licensed real estate agent, and got a sales call from this company. I have a company I work with very often, And I have never had an issue with them.
The gal. on the phone seemed nice, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After scheduling an appointment, I waited at the property. They gave me a window of three hours. I waited 3 ½ before finally calling the office. The gal advised me to wait an additional 20 minutes, because they were on their way, they had just gotten delayed.
By that time, the sellers had arrived home from work. I left, about an hour later, they advised they still had not shown up. I called the termite company, they said the driver was still only 20 minutes away.
The company never showed up, nor bothered calling to tell me they were not coming or were running late. I called back several days later, they advised they had sent the inspector out, but I was not at the property.
Very reluctantly, I scheduled another appointment and confirmed they had the right address, which they did. Again, I waited at the property three hours, then the sellers arrived. The company never showed up. I called the office to complain, and again I get the same script of the driver is only 20 minutes away.
They never showed.
This company is a joke. Avoid at all cost.
