Never use this service! They ripped me off! The labor range was never told to me over the phone. They only said its $ 30 to open the car. When I signed the invoice, the total of $ 128 was not on it at all. I waited for the guy to come for 1.5 hour to come, and ended 2 hours late for work (he told me 20 – 30 minutes depending on the traffic but not more than an hour). I was never informed for the price of «labor» before he opened the car. Lesson learned! Got AAA right away after this. For people thinking about calling, just get AAA membership right away from internet and call AAA when you get lock out.
